Yes, the surfactant SCI will take care of removing oil and dirt. But it's richer in oils than a shampoo bar for oily hair to further condition your hair.

Super! I'm going to change it a bit by adding soapnut and shikakai powder and limit the oils and butters to what i have - coconut oil, sesame oil and mango butter, will definitely share the result here

Please, do so, I'd love to know how it worked out. If you have a hair prone to oil, I would only use one of those. Butters are very conditioning, also coconut oil, but they also tend to get "heavy" in your hair. A light oil or just a little of those oils is the best for hair that is not dry.
