- During lockdown, many of us have been forced to work from home. I needed something special to play with to help me concentrate on my work. So I spoke to Backyard Bullion to see if he could help. And boy, did he!

Thank you for the awesome unboxing and review. I just loved your phwahhhh when you got it out of the baggie. That is the reaction I aim for with everything we make. As I was stamping these I did a rough count in my head of the stamps, approximately 750 to 850 hammer strikes go into these ones, closer to 1300 for the big 12 Oz bad boys. If you ever fancy a companion piece of for that one just hit me up. Otherwise, enjoy you new fiddle piece! I too have many pieces to play with when working from home 😉
No problem man! It’s a beauty and has rocketed to be in my top pieces I own. It’s exactly what I wanted so cheers again! Plus it looks like you got a good workout from it, so I got some silver and you got ripped. Sounds like a good deal!
Yup that is awesome! He does such good work.
He really does. This is so perfect for my fiddling! Cheers Slacker hope you are well
That's awesome! BYB makes some beautiful pieces. 👍
That is wicked right enough :)
I love it I play with it constantly while working!
That BYB bloke will make silver into anything. I broke a whole set of golf clubs trying to hit the golf balls he sent me. Yes, I'm kidding. Keep your eye on your stress ball if you take it to work - not many people have a $100+++ stress reliever!
I love his bar and round that I got through the Silver Forum. I have that Tombstone piece and I live a 4 hour drive from the Scottsdale Mint!
Indeed he will! One day I’d love to try pouring myself but I doubt I’ll reach the craftsmanship of BYB! Yeh this one stays home no office visits for this! Cheers
@@StackerNoobUK I am probably the least "handy" person on the planet, but I've managed to get a few good pours. You can get started for cheap money and see if you like it.
Yeh I will start small. Moving house soon and it has a seperate brick shed so that’ll do nicely for a pour station. I want to be really experimental with my pours, so hopefully I’ll be able to produce some wacky pieces!
@@StackerNoobUK If you don't have good ventilation, wear a respirator. Silver isn't too bad, but brass, copper and aluminum cans will make you very sick. Google it. I envy you your shed! I have to go to my friend's machine shop or pour outdoors.
How can I get one of these to keep me sane?
