Ingredients
For rice paper method
5 pieces of seaweed
10 piece of rice paper
200ml of cooking oil
For rice paste method
5 pieces of seaweed
35g of glutinous flour
200ml of water
200ml of cooking oil
Tofu (beancurd) dipping sauce
240g of Tofu (beancurd)
1 tablespoon of Yuzu sauce
(I replaced with 1.5 tablespoon of honey with 1/2 tablespoon of lemon zest)
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of Korean soup soy sauce
1 tablespoon of Korean Yangjo soy sauce (darker in colour)
(I used indonesian soy sauce to replace) - Jak na to + styl
