📌使用材料:
▸ 粉絲(冬粉)
▸ 大片海苔
▸ 紅蘿蔔
▸ 蔥
▸ 鹽
▸ 糖
▸ 醬油
▸ 香油
▸ 芝麻
▸ 麵粉
▸ 酥炸粉
📌步驟:
1. 用溫水把粉絲(冬粉)泡軟後下鍋煮熟,撈起瀝乾
2. 紅蘿蔔切絲後快速煸炒
3. 將粉絲加入鹽、糖、醬油、香油、紅蘿蔔絲、蔥花、芝麻,攪拌均勻
4. 大片海苔剪一半,取適量調味完的粉絲,用海苔捲起備用
5. 將捲好的海苔捲撒上少許麵粉,增加摩擦度
6. 一杯酥炸粉+3/4杯冷水,攪拌成糊狀(不用太細)
7. 將海苔捲裹上麵糊,170度油溫炸至表面金黃酥脆即可

𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗦
Korean glass noodles
A large piece of seaweed
Carrot
Onion
Salt
Sugar
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Sesame
Flour
Frying powder

𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗦
1. Soak the glass noodles in warm water until they turn soft, then put them in a pot and cook, remove after boiling and drain
2. Quick stir fry carrots and other vegetables (if any)
3. Put the noodles, carrots, and chopped green onion, sesame, into a mixing bowl. Add the seasoning sauce and mix it well.
4. Cut a large piece of seaweed in half, take an appropriate amount of seasoned vermicelli, roll up with seaweed, and set aside.
5. Sprinkle a little flour on the rolled seaweed roll.
6. A cup of frying powder + 3/4 cup of cold water, stir and mix them well (not too watery)
7. Clothe the seaweed roll with the well-mixed batter and fry at 170°C until the surface is golden and crispy.
