Bluebird Café - Arms of Mary (Sutherland Brothers) Live @ Theater De Schalm

Bluebird Café is een project van drie leden van countryband Savannah (www.savannah.nl) en singer-songwriter Marcel Verbeek (www.marcelverbeek.nl). De naam Bluebird Café verwijst naar het wereldberoemde muziekcafé in Nashville: het mekka van singer-songwriters, waar dagelijks nieuwe talenten en grote legendes optreden.
Bluebird Café speelt eigen werk, maar ook liedjes van singer-songwriters als James Taylor, Paul Simon, Leonard Cohen en Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. In 2017 brachten ze hun eerste album uit, getiteld Singer-Songwriter Sessions, volume 1.
De intieme concerten van Bluebird Café zijn een must voor liefhebbers van akoestische gitaarmuziek en meerstemmige zang.

Marcel Verbeek
Marcel Verbeek is een singer-songwriter uit Nijmegen, met Brabantse ‘roots’. Marcel bracht twee albums uit met eigen werk en speelde samen met onder anderen meestergitarist Harry Sacksioni en zangeres Anneke van Giersbergen.
