(Other talents also debut as other boy/girl group under YG entertainment as well, but many never make it to debut coz they got eliminated from monthly evaluation) Similar to Olympic trainees, that was picked/train to compete. Its the attention to detail for me. Both in the music and in the visuals ( videos ) everything is always 100% spot on, the way the vocals are mixed, the volume ratio of backing track to vocals, the use of short simple sentence an onomatopea that makes the choruses catchy and easy to sing along no matter what your first language is, etc. Visual details like for example when Rosé was driving the car, the license plate said ego ( refering to ego death ) , the choice of car itself ( dodge challenger , song is literally about the challenge of letting a toxic relationship go ) , the choice of color palettes, etc. Everything is always so polished and thought thru

đđThis song is very special to me because thanks to KILL THIS LOVE I discovered BLACKPINK, I still remember it very well it was in August 2019, I was in my room watching videos on CZcams on my cell phone and since the app had automatic playback as soon as I finished After watching the video, KILL THIS LOVE automatically began to play, I liked the video, the girls and the song so much that it was love at first sight, that's where my whole journey began and here I am 4 years later enjoying all their music, BLACKPINK is the best thing that has happened to me in the last 4 years because I discovered them a few months before the 2020 pandemic began and thanks to their music I was able to resist all the inconveniences that I and my family suffered due to the mandatory quarantines.
Yeah their videos are always crazy expensive because all the sets are built for them lol. They have behind the scenes videos of mvs if you want to see more.
I don't remember what you all have listened to so far but their two songs were Whistle and Boombayah if you want to go back to the beginning in 2016.

For the lady, perhaps the next one where she features could be "Whistle" as that faced some resistance by the company when BP and teddy wanted to release it as one of their debut songs because it was thought to be too "country" đ€Ł. there are many BP fans, I'm curious what's better about BP over other gg. I just don't see it
Many as in they are the most susbcribed to artist on CZcams lol.
I've tried branching out into other girl groups but none of them have captured me the way BP has. BP has maybe two songs I'm not really a fan of. Other groups I'm lucky to find two songs that I like. Another thing for me, personally, is that there are only 4 members. I'm not a fan of large kpop groups. Anything more than 6 (and that's pushing it) is too much. I feel like I can't fully appreciate each member when there are so many to keep an eye on and the choreography looks chaotic with so much going on. Again, personal preference.
