- This was one of the most fun days I had all summer visiting the legendary Guča Trumpet Festival in Guca, Serbia. I went with one of my best friends from the US and his mom. When I got to the festival, I was lucky enough to meet the two legends @ian.and.ana. and we spent the afternoon hanging at their iconic van that they are traveling the world with and then we went out and experienced how wild the Guca festival gets.

You put the wrong map of Serbia (without Kosovo). Kosovo is not recognized in the UN as an independent state and the fact that the USA recognizes it means nothing... as soon as the Americans flee from Kosovo (like from Afghanistan), it will again be placed under the jurisdiction of its home state. Kosovo has always been Serbian and will remain Serbian. Do not insult the country that hosted you so nicely!

Your intro map is incorrect....in accordance with international law and the UN (including the Serbian national constitution) the Serbian province of kosovo and metohija is still (and always will be ) in Serbia....Apart from that error all looks good...

I posted a video about the amazing experience I had in Serbia and I trusted that the site that I have gotten 50+ maps previously (were correct) was correct again. Relax a bit, I will come back to Serbia soon and film more videos and exclude the map! I love the country

Amazing! What a nice trumpet adventure.
Remember that that "village" once wasn't even on maps, (almost probably).
We have a mountain that geofisically IS a mountain, but it all is full of built up hotels and resorts, (lots of concrete instead of green) therefore, the word mountain hardly can be associated to it nowdays. It was all with the goal of tourism. Remember from the video what happens with the money - it's put in the trumpet or other instrument.
I myself have never been in Guca, now I know that I never will. Now, this is just the question of taste.
I am very well aware that people enjoy during the festival, many live off of it, for the foreigners, it is a vision of Serbia, though it is not the only one a foreigner should have. In Novi Sad there's another festival, tagged like the 4 letters in a dark cinema above the door.
There, you will not meet probably any of the people you met in Guca.
