Dubas was trying to lead him into the better mindset . Of being part of a team. Not playing for an individual. All of these players dominated on a team at some point to get to this level. It’s who plays as a team, that’s what it takes to win.

I’m not a leafs fan but I miss Dubas in Toronto. Shanny should’ve been gone LONG before Kyle.
Shanny didn’t fill up the cap on 3 players, trade multiple picks for plugs then trade 1sts for cap dump or give hefty extensions to players after 1 good year
