    The monster machine is a very good machine I like how they cut hair but I think the manufacturer supposed to do a better job to get them silent because our client don't like the noise

    My son said I should remake my video I just need him to be my camera man and editor. I need a loud clippers to fix and video it under 5 minutes. The way they drag these out boring, trying to make money from CZcams.

    So the whole or main problem is the yolk? I would appreciate a video of you fixing an andis master step by step. I'm a barber student and I bought mine like a month ago, use them only like once or twice 3 days of the week, and already noticed how loud they have gotten. It's frustrating because they are on the higher price range and for the price, it shouldn't even be a problem

      Ya your right, I've been watching videos and looked to me there taking tape and filling the gap, that won't last. Last time I called and talked to a Director at Andis for the pulse zr drive cap they copied it and came out with the pulse 2 and modified the drive cap. Now all they have to do is make the yoke alittle smaller and make the front lid formed to fit and they wouldn't get the bad rap, Andis amazes me with there abilities to not Have a thorough mechanical engineer working for them.

      The next time you take a Masters apart to fix, fill us in brotha and post it
      Also, where do you buy your yoke’s and other parts to make it quiet? 🤔

    Can you get the andis master motor to work in the andis revite clipper

    • @perrythebarber
      @perrythebarber  Před rokem +1

      I don't have an andi's rivet clippers So I don't know how they would gel together You always have to make sure the motors the same size and shape Then you consider most anything in there it's just 2 wires just be careful when it comes to unplugging the battery you saw the mistake I made Then it cost you . Thank you

    Where would you get the stronger motor from

    • @perrythebarber
      @perrythebarber  Před rokem

      They're in the older clippers they decided to put 65 hundreds in the new clippers I actually paid money And bought new sledison please with 65 hundreds there much quieter and they cut just as good So the 1st clippers they made Add the 72 hundreds and the new clippers they make are the 65 hundreds all 3 of mine are 65 hundreds now now I love them I've cut my haircuts I'm talking fades bald fades whatever Under twenty Minutes you don't have to go over The hair But once or twice You know this clipper Cuts bulk and cuts accurately I put 72 hundreds in metal wahls Even though it goes fast And I made them quiet. You have to go over the hair more. If you really want a fast motor that will fit you can get them off ali express You have to have soldering skills And ever so carefully un plugging the battery skills without ripping it out of the circuit board haha. It will be louder and mess up the yoke faster. Thankyou.

    which is better?

    • @perrythebarber
      @perrythebarber  Před rokem +2

      6500 will be quieter And not wair out the parts As fast And those are beasts they cut fast I'm knocking them out 20 minutes each I'm glad my friend asked me to fix them So I fixed him two pair for free. I actually swapped out my 272 hundreds for 265 hundreds That's the way to go So so quiet bands are necessary To make the lid fit in the groove tight And a new yoke, spring, gasket, It's in the video.. Yes I can talk easily to my customers when I'm cutting their hair around their ears haha

    You're missing the grease. You need to add some grease to that piece. Clippers from factory come with grease.
    I'm not sure if it's lithium or silicone grease, neither the density.
