How do you get the aggro trinket
Random drops, kill infused bugs. In the next NGs+ you will be able to craft trinkets based on luck. Hop on my live stream, here on youtube (friday, Saturday or Sunday) and I will show it to you.

"Bro why the HECK do the BOSSES ALWAYS ONE SHOT ME!!! I perfect block ALL of their attacks and I STILL die!! And THE SCREAMS ONE SHOT ME. I can't even do ANYTHING about it because I CAN'T!!! This game is ACTUALLY BROKEN did the devs even playtest this mode at all??? Did they even see how you can't even block ANY of the scream attacks and you ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS die in 1 HIT? The game isn't even PLAYABLE after NG+2 at ALL. These are the MOST BROKEN and UNBALANCED boss fights I've ever seen in ANY game EVER!! They probably just made this so difficult because they wanted MORE playtime for some reason... LIKE YOU ALREADY HAVE MY MONEY DEVS, YOU DON'T NEED TO KEEP ME PLAYING THE GAME!! If the devs don't patch this SOON I will QUIT the game ENTIRELY because of this absolutely TERRIBLE and UNFAIRLY DESIGN and TIME SUCKING MODE!!!"
