    *barre is so much more intense than it looks! i did this as an active recovery workout but boy did i work up a huge sweat! 313 active calories burned and 376 total calories burned!*

    I’ll be feeling this later. Who am I kidding… I’m feeling it right now. I like changing it up with lighter weights & a bit of barre after doing the heavier weight workouts (mostly), and alternating rebounder days. Thank you, Michelle & the Driveway Crew!
