    This was fantastic! Love burning out the arms the day after leg day! Especially when my hip is feeling a bit sticky & I don’t want to aggravate it like today so this was perfect. Thank you for another butt kicking workout! 🙏🏻💜😊

    Hi Michelle, I just completed your 30 min strong upper body workout. My shoulders is on fire. Where can I find the lower body and full body that goes with this workout? I looked on your playlist was not sure which one goes that you recommended. Your workouts have helped this over 55 yes young woman keep her muscle. Yes, I do all sets and go heavy. Thank you🙏🏾❤👏🏾🇨🇦

    My upper body is feeling pumped! Loved doing 3 sets and using heavy weights! Was shaking throughout this one. Really liked doing rows one arm at a time. Thanks! 😅❤
