I drifted here accidentally from the main channel, and it awes me to see all the work behind the scenes and the amazing team. One thing the diary of the CEO has done for me since watching these great interviews is that I now feel like I have the power to shape the future that I want. I have learnt how to better manage my health, my mindset, my finances and each time I feel like I am loosing control, I pause press replay and rewatch the videos. Keep doing what you do best.

OMG ... I'm in HR and I always talk about the decay of community and how work has to do more to support employees, which means that we need to do a much better job of ensuring managers are being trained to support, engage and motivate employees. Studies are showing how important good, consistent, thoughtful leadership training and coaching can not only improve a company's bottom line but will also improve a sense of community and belonging among all employees, something we crave and need as other parts decay. A subscription model is morally dubious. Everything these days is an over promising narrative using influencers followed by exorbitant price. I think influencers should actually be trustworthy rather than appearing to be trustworthy then fleecing their followers. Help people don't go for money, the money will still come, sincerity is key and missing these days.
This whole weekend has felt meh but watching this has really pumped me full of inspiration and motivation. Watching someone hustle while also taking care of the important things is the kind of role model we need. Thank you, Steven and DOAC team.

Steven what another amazing episode seeing how you work and manage your time. I think when you said with Diary Of A CEO where you have at least 100 tests before an episode airs just show why you podcasts are so successful. The packaging is always perfect and all the topics covered at least quite a few of them always resonates with most people, therefore people see the effort that is put into your podcast and admires all the work that has gone into them. It was nice to see you visit the Whoop office just showing how much they have innovated all the way from the first Whoop to the latest one shrinking the Whoop device whilst maintaining battery life and improving overall health and well being especially when it comes to sleep too. A point you made in your talk in Boston when you said a bar raiser you need to promote, a bar maintainer needs to be trained and a bar lowerer needs to move on , which shows you always do not give up on people, therefore is why the group of people you assemble in your company has the right work ethic and everyone works to the same goals and keeps a strong company culture too. I used to think that ceo's are somehow different from normal human beings but your vlogs made me realise they are normal but disciplined. Behind the diary was honestly done at such a perfect time! I’ve been watching steve since 2017 with my roomate in varsity . Its like our lives are parallel in some way. Entrepreneurship is hard enough. An authentic view on just the day to day is much more motivation than some encouraging words
What's truly inspiring to me is your ability to consistently perform. Life happens for everyone, but true professionals always fulfill their commitments to the best of their abilities. I deeply admire that, because I lack that mental fortitude. When I met death for the first time, I was devastated by it. I then worked a blue collar job because I didn't trust in my ability to consistently aim for more. Now I'm back in university, studying something as beautiful as it is difficult, and I'm drowning in doubt. But this time I won't stop.

It’s how Steven gets so busy but still makes time for the things he wants to make time for and the things that are important to him. I stan an intentional human being. Thank you for sharing you with us, I appreciate every video and the work that goes into it.
A subscription model is morally dubious. Everything these days is an over promising narrative using influencers followed by exorbitant price. I think influencers should actually be trustworthy rather than appearing to be trustworthy then fleecing their followers. Help people don't go for money, the money will still come, sincerity is key and missing these days.
This whole weekend has felt meh but watching this has really pumped me full of inspiration and motivation. Watching someone hustle while also taking care of the important things is the kind of role model we need. Thank you, Steven and DOAC team.

Steven what another amazing episode seeing how you work and manage your time. I think when you said with Diary Of A CEO where you have at least 100 tests before an episode airs just show why you podcasts are so successful. The packaging is always perfect and all the topics covered at least quite a few of them always resonates with most people, therefore people see the effort that is put into your podcast and admires all the work that has gone into them. It was nice to see you visit the Whoop office just showing how much they have innovated all the way from the first Whoop to the latest one shrinking the Whoop device whilst maintaining battery life and improving overall health and well being especially when it comes to sleep too. A point you made in your talk in Boston when you said a bar raiser you need to promote, a bar maintainer needs to be trained and a bar lowerer needs to move on , which shows you always do not give up on people, therefore is why the group of people you assemble in your company has the right work ethic and everyone works to the same goals and keeps a strong company culture too. Behind the diary was honestly done at such a perfect time! I’ve been watching steve since 2017 with my roomate in varsity . Its like our lives are parallel in some way. Entrepreneurship is hard enough. An authentic view on just the day to day is much more motivation than some encouraging words

Life happens for everyone, but true professionals always fulfill their commitments to the best of their abilities. I deeply admire that, because I lack that mental fortitude.
When I met death for the first time, I was devastated by it. I then worked a blue collar job because I didn't trust in my ability to consistently aim for more. Now I'm back in university, studying something as beautiful as it is difficult, and I'm drowning in doubt. But this time I won't stop.

I am very serious about this 28-30mins of myself watching the Behind the Diary episode. I always make sure to watch it at my workstation with headphones on and no interruptions. Because I want to soak in all the positivity, inspiration, and tiny details. Kudos to the team behind for awesome storytelling, I believe it's changing the lives of people who watch for better. It has certainly changed mine by adapting some of the chniques, insights and above all of that learning to sweat the small stuff.

I think I shared that video with everyone close to me in life xD and from there, I slowly delved deeper into your podcasts and fell in love with your guests and the sincerity behind your questions-- I found, in you, a kindred spirit who is genuinely curious about the success and revelations of others and how to leverage them to personally elevate as a man and person. From there, I became curious each time someone mentioned how you're an entrepreneur, or how busy you are, or anytime you said "we" when referring to your team and thought, "isn't he just a guy on CZcams making podcasts?" and became blown away the more I learned about you.
