First, because the production value is commendable. It’s hard. Not easy. &!! The content value is more than hard to convey, and you all do it so subtly yet so loud. Great job.
Because it reminds me of my London life before I became an unpaid carer to my 99 year old grandmother. What happens when you pull a pod episode? How do you manage the guest (and their PR team) - as a PR myself I'm curious :) And Los Angeles is my guess.
I watch because of the insight you are giving into the reality of leading at a high level, which reinforces goals I am working toward. It is reinforcing. My guess for where you'll be is Paris. What I'd like to see is more about the tools your team uses to communicate and structure across functions. How much are they empowered?

When two people are driven, confident, but settled you can spend months apart. When you find someone who is your lover, your back up and above all your friend, that’s how many successful life long relationships are made. You can both move through the different chapters of each of your lives together supporting each other. Deep down, you just know what you have, is more than casual body counts. I have been with my husband 11 years. I know.

What I find most amazing is how gracefully you flow through such busy weeks. Between all the public talks, podcasts, flights, team meetings, personal life etc. you always seem to be so present, to really listen and uplift fans or team members around you and to take the time to leave some golden nuggets for the audience for the behind the diary. LOVE the fact you rate in-person contact over Zoom contact. Whilst I so appreciate the availability of Zoom, it's so important to be in the same air space as other people. Energy of any person must be felt and it tells you far more than just the visual on a screen. Our bodies consist of multiple energy systems. They have 'conversations' with the energy systems of those we meet before we ever utter a word.
I think you are going to Paris!! 🇫🇷 I love these vlogs!! This week I have reached a huge milestone in my business. A goal I have had for 5 years and this week I have hit it. Listening / watching / learning from you I know is a huge part of why I have been able to do that. THANK YOU.

As an entrepreneur trying to balance the pressures of running my business while also being present for my family, I find so much value and validation in your DOAC and BTD episodes. When I find myself running on fumes, these episodes give me the inspiration to keep going. And as a therapist, I love watching the conversations with your recent guests! My guess for your location next week is Amsterdam.

My reasons for watching these vlogs are different to your podcasts. Within these vlogs, I get an insight into the way your brain and mind works, and how you deal with situations and achieve what you want from life. As someone who has recently understood she has ADHD, and having been brought up in very similar circumstances to you (from East London), I feel like my brain works somewhat similarly to yours, and hence watching YOU helps ME understand myself and my brain better. Im also obsessed with the podcasts, but my reasons for watching are different. The podcasts provide me with value, insight, perspective and meaning into life, health & business. Whereas the vlogs hold more of a personal value. So thank you Steven, the Education you provide quite literally transforms my life, and I find that in bettering myself, I have been able to unconsciously better the lives of those around me. I just wish this level of education could be made available to children within schools, because they need that level of understanding and perspective if not more than us, as adults :)

My guess will be that you're going to Dublin! Honestly as a young adult I have learnt so much from your podcasts on how I can prepare myself in a simple way for the future to ensure I'm comfortable and stable when I retire. Having been raised in a low income household I would have neverrrrrr been told this by anyone close to me so thankyou for educating everyone to ensure we can all have a good life ❤️

I watch specifically this vlog series because I get a glimpse of a high-achiever lifestyle. I see how simple it is, how much effort it requires and what I could get out of it. And I learn 1 thing at every episode. Plus you look weird, you sound like a professional seminar attendee: someone who knows how everything should be done and never achieved a thing... But you are achieving a lot! And you're always so calm and kind... We can feel that you know human are human and you value them a lot. It's always nice to see honorable people like you.
I enjoyed this & the fact that you were in my city, JHB, South Africa 🇿🇦. Took notes on the framework for company & personal culture- I'll definitely revisit that! Your next city is gonna be Los Angeles. This is the first episode where you are going deeper in the tooic of your own relationship. Sharing some everyday problems and literally solutions. I am following since a long while the DOAC as well, and ofc, the topic was there, but your life just seemed so perfect now. Thanks for showing us, that even you, who met the best psychologists and is chatting daily with the most amazing life(style) coaches and scientists, still can make mistakes … but also, correct them! And it is never too late to change a bit in order to be a better version of ourselves. As young cinematographer, I would love to see some creatives/ cinema/fashion people in the upcomig DAOAC series. That industry is also sooo glamourized, yet we never know exactly what is going on in the background. ( coming from someone who is in the beginning of her carrier in the film industry)

Interesting perspective on mission, values and behaviours. I would say, however, that it isn't the behaviours that set the values, but rather the other way round, where your mission and your values as a company set the behaviours that you want to find in the people you hire. As someone who created performance management systems based on mission and values (both assessment and development of people) in the past, I can honestly say it works effectively and it reduces considerably hiring mistakes and therefore culture fit. Just a thought to consider 😊

I agree that taking the harder path yields more rewards. However, the harder path looks different from one person to the next depending on circumstances and resources. For someone else, a zoom podcast might be the harder path. I’m glad you chose the path you chose as I get a lot from your podcast, but I do get a lot from others as well that are on zoom

I watch specifically this vlog series because I get a glimpse of a high-achiever lifestyle. I see how simple it is, how much effort it requires and what I could get out of it.

I am following since a long while the DOAC as well, and ofc, the topic was there, but your life just seemed so perfect now. Thanks for showing us, that even you, who met the best psychologists and is chatting daily with the most amazing life(style) coaches and scientists, still can make mistakes … but also, correct them! And it is never too late to change a bit in order to be a better version of ourselves.
As young cinematographer, I would love to see some creatives/ cinema/fashion people in the upcomig DAOAC series. That industry is also sooo glamourized, yet we never know exactly what is going on in the background. ( coming from someone who is in the beginning of her carrier in the film industry)

Interesting perspective on mission, values and behaviours. I would say, however, that it isn't the behaviours that set the values, but rather the other way round, where your mission and your values as a company set the behaviours that you want to find in the people you hire. As someone who created performance management systems based on mission and values (both assessment and development of people) in the past, I can honestly say it works effectively and it reduces considerably hiring mistakes and therefore culture fit. Just a thought to consider 😊
