Excellent!

How bad is it if it visibly sticks out in the armpit area? I find weakness and pain when i try to bring my arm across my body. (Injured myself doing pushups :/ )
It is difficult to determine something without doing at least a bit of assessment. That's why I highly recommend a physio or kinesiologist or a massage therapist visit and go from there.
He are you well now? I find myself in a similar position, how dod you get better?
Why would the elbow joint be in a flexed position instead of an extended position? Isn't it the same concept as isolating the supinator from the biceps brachii? In order to isolate the contraction of the supinator, the biceps brachii must be lengthened. (elbow joint is extended)
Fully shortening the biceps at the elbow will decrease its strength for its contraction (strongest at mid range flexion in supination) so you will get more from coracobrachialis at the shoulder.
@@blackriverbootsmaeducationNow I get it, (Length Tension relationship) Thanks!
How to train this muscle
You can strengthen this muscle shoulder flexion and adduction motions. Raising your arm at the shoulder up and in so your elbow is in front of your eyes with free weights. Or with cables or bands bring your arm/ shoulders across your body trying to touch your elbows together in front of your chest.
