Knowing where all the bony landmarks are in the cervical spine is super important! Everything is so jammed tight in this area, and the safest place to apply pressure where you know you're least likely to contact anything you shouldn't be is right on the vertebral processes. The transverse processes especially are great places to contact scalenes, levator, and cervicus. Thanks!

Hi ! Thanks for all the detailed videos. As a physical therapist I have sharpened my palpation skills thanks to your videos. Especially some videos such as levator scapulae and the similar ones contain also manual approaches which are awesome to get some ideas from. I really appreciate your great endeavor and greetings from İstanbul ;)

Any tips on how to cure cervical pain or is it a lifelong pain?

Hey there, this is a very broad statement so it is difficult to answer. What kind of pain are you referring to? When did it start? Is it periodical, episodical or constant? How bad does it get? How good does it get? ☺️
As you can see, you definitely should get a professional to assess it and depending on those assessments, come up with a treatment plan.

Thank you for your request. We shall see what we can do about other languages. What we have found is not all words have easy translation from English when discussing anatomy so we are still trying to figure out a good method.
