Could’ve warn shoes with better support while you could. You can try insoles in your shoes to try to get your arch back in your foot

Dr.i m from india my father met with an accident he had diabetic foot after that recovery it's 6 months now non union of fibula bone and he has infection near fibula fracture and some bones have crcked in tiny pieces . should the rod be removed but tibfi and fibula bones are still not joint what could be done
