    Also, the missed free throw by Steven Adams to get the rebound and IMMEDIATELY know where Westbrook was to pass it to him was AMAZING. He knew EXACTLY where he was, and they were able to get a shot off from the miss before the other team even knew what happened lol

    I thought I was going to end up skimming or closing out this video early, but this video was very well edited. I was hooked on each play back to back without feeling bored. The audio also was well balanced too and didn't have to worry about the next play being too loud or too soft. Just like what drummer386 said a couple months ago.. "Awesome job!!"

      @ya boi koi no because the kicker recovered it it’ll be the kicking teams ball since the receiving team didn’t recover it. If after a certain distance, I believe 10 yards, the ball isn’t recovered from the kicking team then it’s a live ball and the kicking team can get it for possession. Look up onside kicks for this.

      onside kicks are normally done prior to the end of the 4th quarter when you NEED the ball back to either tie the game or win, otherwise you give up possession and lose the game because you simply run out of game time.

    what I find impressive about this type of compilation is that these are instances where the athlete was consciously processing events, being aware, and exercising willpower (reminds me of the Michael Jordan documentary), rather than most sports reels where they're just operating on pure reflex/instinct/training or something statistically improbable happening by chance... wonder how many videos someone had to sift through

    1:56 wow, the accuracy to make that ball come back to him exactly where he needed off the rim is impressive. Tiny bit too low or high and it wouldn’t have worked

      Seems more like screwing up your first shot unintentionally and saving... It makes no sense to not goal with the first throw after all

      @@sebasstein7014 Nope, you can see there were only 3 seconds left in the game and they were down by 2 points, so making the foul shot wasn’t going to do them any good. He threw it quickly off the rim to catch people off guard and get the ball right back for the shot. And he executed it perfectly.

    I remember seeing that Jerome Simpson flip when I was at the mall and they had the Lids store TV playing the Cincinnati Arizona game and still to this day it’s one of the most impressive things I’ve seen in my life

    3:14 AHAHAHA that is by far my favorite! OMG. I love it. That takes some swallowing of your pride to do that, too. All for the team, though! (How ironic that neither of the teammates involved in the play show any appreciation whatsoever. In fact, they walk away like *zombies* - very interesting phenomenon here)

      Notice that the ump called the base runner safe because it was an illegal move by the fielder. That’s why his teammates didn’t get excited.

    Wow that De’Aaron Fox missed free throw worked PERFECT. That’s one of the hardest plays in basketball to get to work right. It’s hard enough to do it so your teammates can get the rebound, but to have it come back to you is insane

    4:40 😂 Paul O'Neill wasn't thinking out of the box; he was frustrated that his hand-eye coordination stepped out at a bad time and took it out on the ball.

      Hell no that was all frustration/anger on that one. I can't say it was specifically that play but he was moving up my list of favorite players before he got to the Yankees. O'Neil was all intensity all the time. I think I've seen him smile about 3 times in 30 years. As much as I didn't like the Yankees I absolutely loved Paul O'Neil and Bernie Williams

      @@chrisstoecker7189 As a Yankee fan, Paul O’Neill was my favorite player growing up, and pretty much the only favorite player I’ve ever chosen in any sport. He expected a lot out of himself and didn’t hide his anger when he came up short; he wanted to come through in every big spot, and I love him for it. One of my top 5 favorite sports memories was Game 5 of the 2001 World Series when the crowd started chanting his Paul’s name in the 9th inning, knowing it was his last home game. They gave him the send-off he deserves.
      My brother’s favorite player was Bernie Williams. And now that I’m in full nostalgia mode, I’m gonna go relive my childhood fandom.
