- Welcome to the future home of the BMB workshop. Watch this building being built during a Minnesota winter where it gets down to -27F windchill. Also, I talk about the future plans for the building and I’d like you guys to let me know if you have any suggestions for the future improvements!

Anytime a person gets a new shop it is fun to be a part of the journey. tHanks for the video
Thanks for uploading! Can you give us an idea of what something like this costs to have built? Glad I found your channel!
We grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and moved to Minnesota for better weather-and got it!
Wow! Congratulations!
Looks like a great space to work!
What did the build out cost? Looks like a perfect size.
That building looks great, kudos to those construction guys. Here in Cali we put on a sweater when it drops down to 70 lol
hey man, just went through a binge watching yours vids. Love the content, love the plans, definitely stoked on your content. Keep it up!
Nice Lester Building. We're from Minnesota too (originally, but still have property on Lake Vermilion). It'd be nice to see a follow-up video of the shop, things you like, things you'd change if building it again. Thanks for posting your woodworking projects. Keep up the great work!
Looks amazing! And you are definitely now the envy of every home hobbyist and professional alike.
I can understand if you are hesitant to share - but I'm really curious about the cost, site prep and the building. I currently have a stand alone shop, but we are moving in the next year. As we are looking at homes in the location we are moving to, I'm realizing that I may need to build a shop building as strangely most homes do not come equipped with one 🙂. So I'm trying to get a ballpark estimate for shop construction cost to factor into what we can afford (because I am never again living w/o a shop!). Great looking building, and it was amazing to watch those guys build it in that weather! I lived for 20 years in upstate NY - now in CA. Never again!
Nice! RWB
Zack, Huge CONGRATS on the new shop!! Wow! Nice!!
Ideas …. 🤔
Started to suggest a hoist for bulky materials but wouldn’t chance the load on the rafters. Love the loft concept! What about a hydraulic lift system for moving stuff to & from the loft?
Otherwise, looks like you’ll have plenty of vertical storage for sheet stock and long lumber, perpendicular to shop walls. SO much easier to ‘flip’ through to find something than digging through horizontal piles.
Can’t wait to see how you configure the new shop!
But for sure, get that thing insulated asap! 🥵 🥶
I’m definitely trying to get insulation up as fast as possible
Very nice! Although I don't think I could survive a Minnesota winter. I'm made for cooking in the long, hot summers of the deep south.
Funny enough I enjoy the heat a lot more than the cold, but for some reason I’m still here
So jealous!!! Sorry do you mind me asking how much does something like that cost, all in!
Have you given any thoughts about spray foam insulation?
What’s the cost for somethin like that?
have you found the height of the building to much. Could it have been a 14' center height and still be enough?
Bigger is always better. Plus I plan on putting in a loft so I wanted the extra high walls
There doesn’t seem to be much natural light, how about you instal some skylights and some more windows to let more natural light in
Why so large? Why a 14ft door?
Resale value more than anything. 14ft door allows for the largest RV to drive in
smart man!@@BearMountainBuilds
I guess builders north of Minnesota don't exist
There’s not a lot of population north of Minnesota
@@BearMountainBuilds Unless you count Canada!
