Yes Theorists, I have more to say about Merge Mansion - the mobile game about an evil Granny tricking people into doing her bidding. Since my last episode on this game, they have leaned WAY into the lore idea. The newest commercials even dive into a live action version of the game starring Academy Award winner Kathy Bates as Granny. What is even HAPPENING? That is what I'm here to try and solve today. Theorists, Merge Mansion just got a LOT weirder.

This clip makes me think he’s not actually an inspector at all. He is obviously working with grandma and maybe was used to urge Maddie into working faster on fixing the mansion with the idea that he could demolish the mansion when in reality the mansion was not going to be destroyed in the first place. He is only there to make her work harder and faster.
I remember once seeing a video that mentioned that 65g blood can be an equivalent of 1 egg , so grandma could be using her victims blood on her pies

TECHNOLOGY
A traditional broom is so far different than a modern broom.
One is straw weaved onto a shaft, which can have pieces break off, but is more often the one depicted as used by witches.
The other is plastic, but more tightly packed together, doesn't bring as much dirt, doesn't break up as often, and can clean more in a single sweep.

MATPAT, YOU HAVE TO JUMP BACK INTO THE MERGE MANSION SERIES, THERES TWO NEW LIVE ACTION VIDEOS ON THEIR ACCOUNT. "A Twisted Game" and "Think Like a Grandma" THERE IS POTENTIAL NEW LORE! and I also believe there are a few new animated ones as well but I cannot remember.
Gosh darn it I finally had to download it and what is horrible is I am absolutely addicted. The story is genuinely compelling immediately, the gameplay is actually everything I want it to be (except somewhat slow on occasion), and the merge results are surprising and make me eager to find out what comes next. I’m both delighted and infuriated how engrossed I am in the game; I check it every day multiple times a day and am ashamed to admit seriously considering spending money on diamond packages to speed things along

Yes, actually. Push-brooms are different from rotate-brooms. Rotate-brooms are the classic "witch's broom" tool that you most often find in classic cartoons, whereas a push-broom is what you're more likely to find when you see a janitor at work.

At this point, I am just BAFFLED by how far a mobile game that looks like any other puzzle merge upgrade game in the app store has went for its story and separated itself with its heavy high school textbook amount of lore that seeped out in the real world with that bribery bit.

Might be worth analysing the flowers to see if you can find the species and if they grow well under blood and bone fertiliser. If they are hydrangeas for any reason, then, the flower color tells you the pH of the soil.

I started playing this cause I was bored and didn’t even bothered to read anything, but then I noticed how big the mansion actually is and how you have to wait for the longest to get a few projects done per day, unless you pay. So I realized that this game is huge with a bunch of mysteries. I haven’t played a mobile game this complex in the longest.

Grandma Ursula’s Special Pie Recipe:

I think that the knives aren’t each of her kills, I think it’s more likely that she is using fear to control Maddie. That explains why there are so many identical knives (she’d want dozens of cheap knives) and why she specifically wants Maddie to go in there.
In fact, the majority of the commercials can be explained by the grandmother using fear to attempt to control Maddie, the pie written on the wall, the not so subtle threats, and even the murders she commits all seem intended to scare Maddie or take control of Maddie’s life. Her accidentally using human bodies in the pie that was intended for Maddie’s friends?
A way to get Maddie’s friends to abandon her so Maddie relies on her grandma.
Even forcing Maddie to do all the work cleaning up the mansion is treating Maddie more like a servant than as a child.
I wouldn’t say she isn’t a murderer who puts bodies in pies, but I think her sole motivation for these murders is to control Maddie’s life

Hey MatPatt!! I recently found a new ad featuring merge mansion, the following is shown:
The police roll near the house of where grandma is. Grandma was texting on a Nokia-type phone, when she sees the lights. She hurriedly decides to hide the phone in a vase and proceeds to write a message with a black pen (important detail you already took in a previous theory!!).
She then appears in what seems to be a kitchen and is taking out a book labeled the forbidden fruit (just a guess) and puts a folded piece of paper in it. She proceeds to be shown opening the door before a policeman can knock, theoretically going with them without a fight. Sometimes, you then see a short clip of the main character opening a door into the hallway..? Then the clip cuts at the gameplay.
Another ad features a renovation clip with grandma dusting the furniture and the main character (MC) repairing the floor. Suddenly, a piece of wallpaper comes loose, revealing a door concealed. MC looks in shock, grandma is embarrassed..? MC proceeds to open the door, both MC and grandma seem to be shocked or surprised. Then the gameplay rolls in.
I hope this might bring fuel to more theories!!

If grandma’s gig with the city inspector doesn’t work out, I know a mechanic who works on animatronics who would be a great match. He’s very intelligent, not to mention his great work ethic: despite the odds, he always comes back and tries again!

New merge mansion commercials have been popping up all over, including a live action one. I've seen 6 new ones in just the last 3 days.
A Traditional Broom is known as a Besom, the Classical Witch's Broom. It is both a Common Cleaning Tool AND Ritual Cleansing Artifact.

So, am I the only one remembering what the original meaning for 'broomstick riding' was? Unless I'm just being completely awful broomsticks, with their thick wooden handles, were some of the original 'toys' that women used to get relief. She's riding a shaking washer while looking this up.
