Driving On WA SR-12 East In 1988 (Aberdeen)

Back in 1988, The Washington State Department of Transportation drove East on SR-12 and recorded video to document the highway. This was part of a project that photographed/videotaped the states highways every couple of years. This video now resides at The Washington State Archives who were kind enough to share it.

The guy was driving Abeerden on 88, Kurt was probably walking around that town somewhere. Nobody knew about him.

Yeah. My mom was fwb’s with Krist Novoselic’s brother- she said one day they were driving around and she was like hey, isn’t that your brother? And he says, “Yeah, him and his loser band.” 😂
