  • Longsword tournament in Rybnik. Final match. Jan Chodkiewicz (Fechtschule Gdansk) vs. Anton Kohutovic (Trnavsky sermiarsky cech, Gesellschaft Lichtenawers). I would not assign the point in first exchange and maybe in the prelast as well. It's hard to by a judge.

Mr. Kohutovic you may be one of the best swordsman in the world!
I love the way you directly apply the teachings of Ringeck on Liechtenauer.
Your employment of the meisterhau is exceptional, especially the fast zorn.
    Very good

Anton, you've developed a very good vorsachlag. The guard breaking is textbook and shows why the Vier Versetzen work. Well done. "Strike threefold and hard in there, rush in regardless if you hit or miss, so that in understanding this you will be known as a wise man." -HS 3227a.

You guys are great, I have seen your other videos and some are amazing! Could you please tell me what armour you're wearing and where you bought it? It look fantastic, and its quite protective I assume. What manuscripts did you study?

beautiful lunges and close combat. I wonder if you were to fight to 5 points before ending a round that it would be more fun for you and also more entertaining to watch.

I don't agree. First exchange no simultaneous cuts, only one hit before judge stop, not two. 2. and 3. exchange no point assigned. 4. and 5. exchange no double hits. Only one hit.
