Better coating sounds promising. I'll wait for some more reviews what the general conclusion on the coating is, because the current lineup of Zowie mice is so gross coating-wise, it looks fugly as hell in like a day of use and is just ugh..

What does this even mean lol. Like why is this a joke? (Out of the loop on this meme) I've seen it all over the past few weeks.
I immediately clicked with the comfort of the EC shape, but the size and slope would push against my palm and unsettle my grip. The Skoll Mini is awesome but kind of fatiguing from working to keep palm or fingers off the mousepad. In general the "mini" craze was awesome for simple variety, but my hand ratio meant they were too short while the regulars were too long. This might be what I've been needing. Fingers crossed for that glass slipper fit 👸
As a professional CS:GO player since 2012, that mouse is very based.

The buttons do feel ass because of their design, but if you open it up you will see that they are designed for extreme durability. They don't have an extra pcb for the side buttons and stuff like that.
So after a couple days of using the EC3-C, I find that it fits my hand better than my GPX.
And the added weight helped bring some stability to my aim.
So right now the EC3-C is my main mouse.

@A6M Definitely go for shape over weight etc. I had terribly shaky shake aim in FPS titles with 58 gram Razer, 63 gram GPX & when I switched to Zowie’s ergo EC line my aim improved dramatically. Also their mice typically weigh between 70-80 grams & that helps consistency with aiming imo.
It's weird how Zowie's standard feet are far from pure PTFE, but they're still good. On some pads they're surprisingly fast too, while on standard cloth they're as control as can get.

In my country this literally costs as much as a g pro superlight, so I got the superlighit already, but Im extremely curious about how the shape feels, specially because shape is king.
Just got mine 3 days ago. Used to mod the crap out of all my mice with new feet, BTL grips, and paracord thinking I’d make my perfect mouse. Once I got used to the shape on the EC3 I realized I’ve wasted 100’s of $ for nothing.

I have this mouse now and the G Pro Superlight. The coating, cable, new scroll wheel feeling, and even the feet are really good. I am now in a timeless debate of Ambi vs Ergo.
Wich grip are u using on both ? Got a model o wireless and use full palm grip with my wrist not landing on table and just got the vaxee np01s and use an agressive claw with my wrist landing on table , curious to know , both got nearly the same size, not so much difference with the shape

YES THE SKULL SK MINI I love it my only complaint is the cable not being very flexible
This mouse is straight up end game for me as a 400dpi fingertip desktop user, relaxed claw/hybrid palm gamer. They changed everything I disliked about the EC2 and simply made a god tier mouse from it. 70G is the perfect weight for a mouse, not too heavy, not too light. Would've prefered a 16 step scroll wheel but this one is nicer for everyday use/scrolling. Side buttons.. I didn't think I'd like any changes as the EC2 felt perfect (EC2-A was a little too mushy, EC2 improved but not quite there), but these are really nice and don't get accidentally pressed when grabbing the mouse after typing unlike the EC2's. I need to give the side buttons my Warframe test (M4 for melee) to really get a good feel for them, so far no issues with what angle they are pressed at to register or not. Clicks feel a bit crispier compared to the EC2 but I'll have to wait and see how they break in. I still really miss the EC2-A super crispy clicks but the EC3 definitely feels better than the EC2 so far. I slapped some hyper glides on this mouse and currently breaking it in, overall I've gotten that few extra % across the board so it was definitely a worthy successor to the legendary EC2 for me.

I actually really love the ec3 except for the fact that my middle finger rests on the base of the cable cause my fingers are so damn long. Surprisingly though my aim has been nuts with it so far. Can’t wait to get my hands on an ec2-c though.

When i tried the outset ax, my right click made a clacking noise. Thought it was a quality issue but they said it was just a part of the way the buttons were designed. Really tall mouse too.

@@weatherman7 personally id go with an EC. i didnt like the outset mainly bc it was a taller mouse than the ec, which is relatively tall already, so i found my self bending my wrist back more and i found it uncomfortable

Great mouse but a few issues I had: side buttons don’t actuate when pressed from certain angles, at the front tip of the button, which doesn’t happen often in game but can sometimes; also the LOD is higher than 1 dvd and you can’t get it lower. They should have used a 3370 or 3389 IMO.
Are u saying the top of mouse 5 wont activate? Struggling to replicate it on mine. Agree with the sensor tbh
@@boardzy the front of mouse 5, yeah, if you just press the tip of it ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). It’s hard to do in game to be honest. I’ve seen a few other people have the problem too but it’s not much of an issue just something I noticed.

have you seen the new pulsar wireless and pulsar super glide? I have used the normal pulsar and they made new copies. a bit heavier but better build. the shape was too big for my tiny teen hands

I'm still using my old ec2a..I had model o- back then to upgrade the ec2a but I sold it because sometimes I accidentally jump in csgo even when I'm not clicking anything. I bind jump on scrollwheel.

Did you try the Vaxee? I had an EC2 and went to Model O- then went back to EC2 then to Vaxee Outset. The outset is great
Maybe Ill give it a try tho I am really hesitant to spend 70 on a wired mouse that doesnt even have software or an up to date sensor. Software isnt that big of a deal honestly, but if its 70$ it should atleast have features like an up to date sensor and legit software. You can get a burst pro for 45$ when on sale(frequently) and that has features ud think a 70$ mouse should have. I have shied away from ergo mice tho because the deathadder gave me horrible impressions of them, but the DA was huge I understand that and idk if I could go back to palm grip after seeing my gameplay improve since moving to fingertip and claw hybrid grip....

Actually a great mouse, but I kinda prefer the wired Prime more, also $10 cheaper. And maybe I'm that crazy weirdo who really likes Zowie's mushy, side buttons with pre and post-travel than anything else.
