This is exactly what happened to mine, i can use the bottom screen but the top part is dead. And the black ink also kept spreading so i had to stop using it. Love the phone, hate the battery life.

My screen broke but it didn't have that black line in the middle. When I opened it it made a pop noise and the screen just turned to black. Is my screen actually broken or is the mechanism just became loose or something?

Para comentarles que Claro Perú del Real Plaza Santa Clara y Samsung Perú, me reconocieron la pantalla, me cambiaron la pantalla completa por estar dentro de la garamtia de un año, tambien comentar que Samsung se contacto conmigo pidiendo mis datos para derivar mi reclamo ante las quejas que les hice en samsung members y sus redes sociales, no se contactaron más despues de darles mis datos, hubo solucion, pero nose si fue resultado de aquello o simplemente reconocieron mi garantia, pero si se hicieron cargo, al contactarme por correo tambien me dijeron que si les puedes poner hidrogel solo que puesto por ellos, y tambien deben de saber que mientras esten dentro de la garantia pueden ir a cambiar el protector de pantalla original completamente gratis. Como recomendacion de todo lo que lei y esta experiencia, puedo decirles que la mica original aparentemente es mas gruesa, pero se raja rapido y que debes usarlo con sumo cuidado sin mucha presion, de usar hidrogel con mas cuidado incluso, es un gran celular, pero si presenta fallas hay que reclamarlo inmediatamente, para intermar el celular se demoran 10 dias habiles y tienes que borrar todos tus datos. La experiencia en conclusion diria que es rara, un amor desconfiado como el de sus ex. Mientras Samsung siga dando las garantias y con el respaldo de Claro, creo que si podria seguir confiando en ambas marcas.
Esos modelos no sirven mucho tiempo el mío duro 6 meses bien cuidado y Samsung co.no se hace responsable ni da garantías..no lo recomiendo pues lo venden muy caro y duran poco..ahorrense su dinero no comprar este modelo

I just destoryed my zFlip 3 today. The motherboard and cameras survived. I will be using this video to replace almost the whole phone.

Get Samsung to fix it. It's still under warranty and stress fractures at the crease are a well know fault of the handset.
