First, we need to check the charging of the device using the Power-Z tool. Once we confirm that it's charging, we'll move on to opening the device. We'll apply heat to remove both covers and use a suction cup to create an opening. Then, we'll apply contact cleaner and use a plastic pick to cut the adhesive, lifting both covers.
Be cautious with the flex cable, located right underneath the covers. Once inside the device, loosen the screws and remove the metal plate. Carefully disconnect the battery connector to prevent any short circuits on the motherboard. Lift the protective cover and disconnect the upper flex cable from the cover.
To rule out any screen flex cable issues, disconnect all connectors and reconnect them. Just this simple step can sometimes fix image transmission problems caused by impacts.

We confirm that the device is now displaying an image. Today's case was relatively easy and can be fixed in a short amount of time. We'll then check the charging using an original charger and ensure a proper charging rate.
