Hi great content. I'm sending the phone back for warranty replacement. However there is a tiny piece of the bezel overlay missing on the top right where the raised bumper sits. That piece has a tiny divot under the bumper from the factory which compromises the durability and tensile strength. Both the Fold 3 and 4 have that divot under the bumper. if the plastic breaks there the raised bumper will fall off leaving a gap in the plastic. Well my local store used that cosmetic damage to claim it was physical damage and refused to honor the warranty for a separate issue, the front screen was not responsive. Then the main screen would not light up at times even though the phone was otherwise working. Phone calls were still coming in. Then it started working again but the front screen is still dead. I told the store for the wireless carrier that it was dishonest to push the repair onto the third party insurance company for a cosmetic issue since that $20 piece of plastic (2 piece middle frame bezel plate housing on Allie) would be replaced anyway when the phone is refurbished for resale to third party sellers. They also replace the aluminum housing because the phone must look pristine factory new when it's resold as factory refurbished. Next time I buy my phones directly from the manufacturer and no more from the phone carrier.
