Its always the damn Jeht decks I swear😭
New arcane kinda situational cause it only -1 dmg 4 times, but one nuke hit can easily kill the char using that arcane, even if deck with many hits splited like nahida or that fischl deck, 1 NA can take away 2 or 3 times -1, so it doesn't worth it. Lotus still more stable I guess.
Probably just an insurance for your otk character so they dont die easily

it only destroy one of the ultimate function of dice fixing but overall stays the same
it's bad for aggro decks, but doesn't affect combo
It's still good, though the nerf does sting a bit. For example, you can't use gilded on an off-field char to generate an omni for your active character since now it generates 2 of the off-field char's dice instead.
Just get lucky with the dice and it wont be a problem
