24-hour repair on NPK Team Boddie's engine? Can we fix it?

- We received Boddie's engine and knew it would be a rush job to repair! Instantly, we got to work disassembling the Noonan 4.9 Big Dog. With the tight No Prep Kings schedule, we knew we had no second to waste. Follow along as we go through the engine, check for any breaks or unknown issues, and return this Hemi to racing order!
Their tool path they use on all their machining is absolutely beautiful!
You guys are producing the best motors out right now. Congratulations.

@@NoonanRaceEngineeringI seen Axe Man running a 4.6 bore space Noonan Hemi can you do a comparison video on the major differences between the two and the horsepower capabilities of the two and the horsepower output that you've seen between the two when using the same power adder so it's comparing apples to apples

Thanks for taking the time to make this footage available. Sometimes it’s easy enough to take for granted what has to happen for this service to be possible, it’s also easy enough to be unaware of what it takes for racers to stand behind what they use.

It is one thing to make a great product ( plenty of heads make great power including Noonan) but the customer service is where Noonan really stands alone!

That is an awesome facility.
You guys at Noonan Race Engines make and have the absolute finest engines etc I have ever seen. I could use one of your engine blocks as a mirror to shave..the mirror polish is just wow !!
I will never be able to afford one of your products but I sure like looking at them..and I am hoping to make it to No Prep Kings in Ennis Texas this year and watch these engines kicking ass !

Do they make a water cooling blocks and heads? Beautiful works of art and highly engineered. Dang those heads are amazing.
We sure do make a 4.8" Billet Hemi Water-cooled Engine.

@@NoonanRaceEngineering p.s while I know both motors (company's) combine art with function however I truly feel as if your attention too all the little machining details is spot on and your hemi is a legit work of art if I'm being completely fair here... how long does it take you guys too mill the block from a solid block and the heads also just out of curiosity.?..

I realize that parts break, but if I'm spending that kind of money for an engine, I'm expecting reliability not just a few passes. Not to mention losing sleeves. But what do I know, maybe Bodie spun a bearing over revving or threw too much boost at it.
It isn't always the engines fault. ;-)
I do have a ❓ do you guys do any kind of small blocks im wanting to upgrade this winter and would love to have a billet small block chevy ive ordered a new set of gen 4 forced inductions turbos already im just checking into engine builders now ive always ran a 421 or 427 but they have always been cast aluminum or a iron blocks its time to upgrade if yall see this let me know,

I love Noonan but why is everyone throwing so many resources and money into someone that hasn't won a single race in anything he's done. PERIOD! I know why you and NPK has but there are people that actually deserve it.

This is pretty typical of engine builders of this magnitude. I’ll agree that Bodie is all hype but I’ll counter with this. If they take care of bodie this well, imagine how they treat people who put their engines in the winners circle.
