Thanks for your videos. We are interested in the development of GT and Guyana. The building boom is inevitable, reminds me of the oil boom in Trinidad in the 1970's. Similarly there were many construction projects. As long as the industry is regulated ie approvals and accountability there should be some measure of safety. The extent of public depends on the regulators. In Canada the Ministry of Labour is the authority on construction safety. They can shut down construction if there are safety violations. No one is allowed on a construction site without a hard hat, safety vest and boots. On site safety meeting can be a daily start up event. The construction operations on the Demerara bridge would be interesting. You should do a construction tour with the media. The foundation of the bridge would be deep augered piles, I think. Probably a group of piles in a sheet piled and dewatered area to access the riverbed. Similar to the Canje River bridge, but on a larger scale, since the Demerara bridge will have two large towers to mount the cables.
1:05 it would cost about 500usd to hire someone to paint some lines and erect 4 stop signs but the ppp crime family has probably already spent the 1.6 billion USD that Exxon deposited into that sovereign wealth fund account last year!

Have you noticed how the greenery is slowly being lost and replace by callous proprietors using the parpet for personal parking. But the irony of it is that the city council just stood there dormant and is doing nothing to addess this theft.😢😮

All banking institutions around the globe would gladly lend at good rates if they knew that oil money was coming but obviously very little was done by the PNC brain trust. Now everyone has plans better than the current government! 😂
