One thing I absolutely hate about the way houses are built in Guyana is that the windows are placed too high. Even if you're standing up, you can't get a view of the outside. Bathroom windows are way too small & high as well, there is little to no ventilation & natural lighting in the bathrooms- leaving a funky smell in the bathrooms.
3bw 7i well please dont tell the world, yes we have hundreds droping dead from hungry in Guyana, but there is a secret programme with freezer vans picking up the dead all over Guyana, Now you know why we have a small population.
I was thinking that the style of these rows of units was the same institutional look as the compound across from that Karate School building in a recent video where I commented that google had that one tagged as an exclusive school for US and other foreign diplomat families. Same investor? 10:18 Looks like graffiti has been spray painted already on the upper floor of one unit.😒
Ugly, too bunched together! Will run down quickly. The developer is greedy and will be his down fall. Remember good renters have the options to leave and find comfort else where.
Dude, I’ll be watching you since 2010 or 11. U. 👀💪🙏⭐️🔥🔥🔥🔥

They should build a few overhead walkways on the highway and a sidewalk on the other side of the highway.
Write VP Jagdeo, he’s by the mailbox waiting for your correspondence! 😂
@@traderboi2662 I could enter retirement waiting for a reply.🤣🤣🤣😜
Thanks for the update, Ralph.
Beautiful concentration apartments
They may need to install bathroom fans for proper ventilation.
Extractor fans are not usually installed in Guyana. But they are necessary.
Yes it helps to reduce moisture. Longevity of your investment @RaphaelNation
Why this place looks so much like an army barracks I kid you not LoL
You need to travel to the ghettos, hoods, projects slums of USA to see what the apartment building looks light.
Please, don't become like America. All Guyanese need to have a piece of land for themselves.
People should have options just like any other first world country.
These buildings are the newer version of the Lougee from the plantation days.
Yearning for the good old days, eh? 😂
Good morning. Again roads with no sidewalk, no proper landscaping. Just ugly😢
Nice complex hope its not over priced for my people ❤❤❤.
Which minister own that apartmwnt complex while the poor are hungry .
Good question ❓
So many of you concerned about the poor and hungry. So no one should have money because people are poor and hungry?

Maybe they will add some amenities like a pool and a clubhouse. We have to wait and see.
