    Moringa /drumstick leaves - 1 cup
    Toor dal - 1/2 cup
    Mustard seed - 1/2tsp
    Cumin seeds - 1/2tsp
    Red chilli - 1, broken
    Hing - pinch
    Onion - 1/2 , chopped
    Tomato - 1 medium, chopped
    Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
    Tamarind - 1tbsp
    Garlic - 1 tsp, grated
    Green chilli - 2, slit
    Salt - to taste
    Oil - 1tbsp
    Water - 2 cup or as needed
