Mohammed Abdul Khader good question. Unfortunately the reason is because of the impact of the youth due to this liberal progressive push we have by the media. It’s actually impacting the youth from accepting Islam because of buzz words like Homophobic or transphobic. These words thrown by the left are hurting Muslims eman. Left at this moment with the media’s help is the greater enemy than the right. If times change and the media doesn’t become a threat, then sure no one should vote as both parties are kafir parties. It’s just at this current climate we NEED republicans who focus on business compared to democrats who push social change that HURTS Muslim youth. Just look at apps like Tik tok where Muslim youth are exposed and their eman is hurt. It’s sad to see.

Many right wingers would have the hijab banned if they got their way... you know this. Trump loathes the fact that Ilhan Omar is a congresswoman just as he hated Obama as president. Didn't he make it a point to call him by his middle name to imply that Obama had Islamic ties and rile up his base? Didn't Trump make it a point to use the term "radical Islam". As for the "we need business leaders" angle.... Trump has filed for bankruptcy seven times and he brought this same type of nonsense to the white house by printing and dumping trillions of dollars out of thin air. Economists both left and right agree this was a terrible economic move for the future. He and his republican friends only know how to manage things when billions and trillions in debt is given to them. What does the Quran say about debt? I'm not saying that either the left or right is better... both are equally bad.

I honestly think that there is a massive opportunity that the muslims are missing out on with the conservative right. I can't speak for the situation in the US but I do have some understanding of the rising right in Europe. Religious and national identity have been under attack since the enlightenment and Nietzche, Darwin and others really put the nail in the coffin ushering in Modernity. But Modernity had its opponents in Europe, a lot of whom converted to Islam as they saw it as the last bastion of primordial values and tradition after seeing Christianity being compromised (see: René Guénon, Julius Evola, Titus Burckhardt, Martin Lings, etc). I have seen hardcore ethno-nationalists in Sweden talk about how much they respect muslims (behind closed doors ofcourse) for their diehard defense of traditional values. I do believe that if we framed Islam as a primordial tradition (which it is) instead of siding with our ideological enemies (the current left) we could have stood side by side with the conservatives in the fight against the cancerous degeneracy of post-modernity.

@@alleballeism I think Islam's views on a moral/ethical scale are Centrist rather than conservatism or liberalism. In fact, it has been stated many times by our Prophet (S) that the best way is the middle way (crudely speaking, of course). From that point of view, Islam does not align with either the conservatives or liberals, rather focuses on a more balanced (and intelligent, in my opinion) approach. As little as I know of my religion, I still think Islam doesn't sway fully to one side regarding anything.

      Assalamu Alaikum,
The problem with either right or left is that we are not only choosing between religious conservative values or free expression and lifestyles. We are also choosing between racism and superiority of one race over the rest or equality.
It's not a cut and dry line.
The real issue is should we even be on either side at all. Why would we lend weight to either when both are without guidance. Both are astray. So the minute you join forces, you are effectively supporting and condoning the evil inherant in either system.
We can agree on some things, we can discuss and help each other in those specific issues, but we can't join them, we are separate from both of them.

Meriam the word " curse" means that person doesn't get Allah's mercy. Are you saying that when one commits an act of sin he will never get the mercy of Allah? A gay person can stop the sinful deed and get Allah's mercy. No one is cursed forever. You commit a sin Allah's mercy is waiting you. You commit a sin with full knowledge that it's impermissible and you die in that situation, then you are cursed.

    • @aishab.mahuta973
      @aishab.mahuta973 Před 4 lety +3

I learnt from Surah Baqarah that no sin is unforgivable as long as one makes sincere tawbah-repentance. Allah forgave the Bani Israil the greatest sin-shirk- and bestowed favour upon them.
So yes, the sin is the curse and one who persists in this major sin, being haughty, and refusing to repent and reform until the end will have the full weight of the curse of Allah. But as long as one is alive, there is hope, we can pray for them, we can admonish them and they can repent. They are not doomed by the virtue of engaging in homosexual acts. Allahu a'lam.
Remember the hadith of the murderer who killed 99 persons, and added 1 cleric to make 100? The Angels of mercy took him at the end because Allah saw in his heart that he sought sincere repentance.

Wallahi another gem of a lecture!. Perfectly balanced and so much relatable for us muslims in western lands. It is so true that this campaign is the most fastest and successfull one i have seen and experienced!!. Just couple years ago goverment here in sydney held an referrendum to allow legal marriages of same sex. they won by 60% yes and 40% no. still big number for people disagreeing. But withing two years after that we now have such a circumstance where we can't even publically disagree with them!! forget about critiscm or holding against position!! people literally fear to say anything against them. Thats how they have impacted the society. All due to the massive PR campaign right from the US.

I'm just shaken by the fact, that YQ, has just diluted the punishment for extra marital affairs, as "hardly carried out" because it is so hard to prove. He's just taken out an ideal, towards which we should not forget about because it is so hard to prove. What is needed, is better systems to provide proof, and look for proof, rather than do away with the punishment which is the Sacred law or dilute it's seriousness.
From 50 minutes onwards, he says almost in distress, "what do we do?!, I do not have an answer". At that moment, I lost focus at his hopelessness. As a leader and scholar I expect more from him rather than distress and being clueless and not having a plan of action. I was not impressed. Surely, if Allah is with you, even if the whole world is against you, you will succeed with tour plan - all you need is belief that Allah would help you, in the path of your deen, and courage. That should be the approach.
To his what do we do, this is what we do. Like the LGBTQ+ community stance, 20 years ago, practicing muslims, need to come together, make a 5 or 10 point plan, implement if locally, and nationally, and then work very hard at 'maintaining the Islamic position' because if WE DO NOT, the toxic satanic environment will destroy our future muslim generations. Their needs to be a LOT of cohesive work done, to neutralize it's inherent toxicity of this reversal of sacred law that is harmful to ALL humans- at every level, in the home, how we school our children, in the masjids, and at the wider Islamic community level. It should have been done, always, and the ulema should have been proactive in history. Easier said than done but still an ideal to aim for.
As a medic, the psychological impact of dealing with sexual desires, deserves a specific Counselling clinic status of it's own, where those seeking help should be treated as are those who are struggling with anxiety, depression and other mental illnesses. Because in the end, desires are there to test our beliefs, have valid, routes of expressions that Allah has allowed for our betterment, so to have immoral desires, is nothing more than a psychological test, ( albeit a very difficult one), but still a test, a muslim has to deal with and pass. For this, we need proper approaches to dealing with these desires, and helping muslims to pass the test.
May Allah help and protect those, who are doing their best to deal with all aspects of this fitnah.

That is the core principle of Islamic morality [HARM], anything that is harmful to you (body & soul), your family, friends, neighbors, society, nation, and world falls under haram. And this can be any action that can last for a second to a millennia.
For example, lets take the LGBTQ+ itself...you are changing sexual demographics for self pleasure or saying that you were born this way mentally, this causes sexual imbalance in long run for society, confusion in sexual identity and hence harmful to humans.
Water & food wastage, pollution etc all that is causing harm to planet all fall into haram category from Islamic morality compass. Another example is pork...it eats filth and stores it in as body fat and hence a source of personal harm...and therefore haram. Same for blood.
The source is Quran itself. [4:79] and many other verses that implicitly indicate that.

Waris Pathans came to my city and made the 15 crore remark which only helped the BJP. People of Hyderabad should support Amjadullah Khan(MBT) , he is a good guy.

It is the duty of muslims to enjoin each other in good and forbid from evil [quran 3:104]. Jews had the same responsibility but they stopped doing that and fell from grace. Allah cursed them for neglecting this [quran 5:78]. If we also dont forbid people from evil our end would be the same. May Allah save us from his anger and from doing what brings His curse and wrath on us. May Allah keep us steadfast on the true teachings of Islam so that we can always vehemently oppose lgbt and all evils like it and not make compromise with wrongdoers or mince our words in opposing the evil.
