  • Mahalingam Balaji delves into the heart of a pressing issue in his book "Brahmin Genocide - The Precursor to Hindu Extinction." In this captivating discussion, he unveils the stark reality facing the Brahmin community and Hindus at large, shedding light on their obliviousness to the looming threat of extinction. With meticulous detail, he articulates why the term 'genocide' is aptly applied and elucidates the emergence of 'Brahmophobia,' a term essential for understanding the targeted prejudice against Brahmins. He confronts head-on the pervasive misquoting of scriptures that tarnish the image of Brahmins, providing authentic interpretations to set the record straight. His guidance empowers the audience with tools to dismantle the deceitful narratives and reclaim their heritage from the clutches of falsehood. Moreover, he emphasizes the urgency of immediate action to safeguard the ancient civilization, tracing the roots of Brahmin hatred to colonial legacies. In essence, Mahalingam Balaji's discourse transcends mere rhetoric; it urges individuals to stand united against the orchestrated assault on their identity and heritage.
    About the Speaker:
Mahalingam Balaji, hailing from a lineage of Vedic scholars, had a successful corporate career spanning nearly three decades. He has held numerous leadership positions both in India and internationally, earning recognition for his strategic acumen and extensive experience in establishing and guiding global research and analytics teams. Currently, Balaji is focusing his efforts on incubating a think tank aimed at articulating the Bharatiya civilizational worldview in a contemporary context. Through this initiative, he aims to establish institutional mechanisms to support research on the Bharatiya parampara tradition. A key priority for him is to counteract the prevailing narrative of animosity towards practitioners of Sanatan Dharma, particularly the Brahmin community. Writing under the pen name "Asi," Balaji passionately advocates for the preservation and celebration of India's rich cultural heritage while actively challenging misconceptions and biases. Through his diverse endeavors, Mahalingam Balaji continues to serve as a role model of leadership, scholarship, and advocacy for the enduring values of the Bharatiya tradition.

Bramhins of all states should come on one platform, by matrimony. It will forge unity of the community. All sub sects should merge. Only identity should be bramhin. We should bring out website, to give the history of persecution, our future plans for improvement of our living standards, solve social problems faced. To bring reforms in marriage ceremonies (dowry system).

@ashwinipingle8832 You seem to think Bhramins have to go door to door with a begging bowl and work day and night to preserve Sanatan Dharma for the other people of the society who want enjoy, live in big houses, drive cars. What about a Bhramins aspirations? He, too, would like his children educated and have a prosperous and Dharmic life. In scripture, it is obligatory for Hindus to contribute 10% of the income towards religious institutions, which would allow Bhramins to continue with their duties towards the society. Can you tell me when was the last time you contributed 10% of your income towards religious institutions? Don't throw a few rupees in the temple collection box and think that your making a big donation. Even from this collection box, government is taking it's share.

@@gomtiwad2345 i am a brahmin by birth and what I have said is fact. First define what is the scope one needs to outline to save the dharma? I work and earn well but I am a shudra by karma ( I give my physical presence and brains to office for 8 hrs and earn a monthly salary). In case I free lance, I can consider myself a vaishya since I am trading my skills/intellect at a price I decide. Your comment implies that you are considering Varna by birth and not by karma. Consider the Varna by karma and you will find that all of IT, bank, salaried individuals are shudras. Few people who go for research, adventure/travel to gain knowledge, doctors who don't charge their patients a ton of money, good teachers can be considered as Brahmins by karma. Now what do you expect these Brahmins to do so that dharma is getting protection?

It is said that "an army marches on its stomach." Similarly, Brahmins face the same reality. Today, one cannot expect Brahmins to work for the benefit of society when society itself has failed in its obligations towards them. Individual Brahmins have been forced to abandon their traditional duties in order to earn a living and support their families. If the Hindu society had contributed around 10% of their income towards the maintenance of Sanatan Dharma (similar to how Christians and Muslims support their religious institutions), Brahmins could focus on preserving Sanatan Dharma and educating Hindus.
For one thousand year, Brahmins have been targeted and persecuted, and shamefully, this continues today. Poor Brahmins are not entitled to any benefits offered to other castes. For Sanatan Dharma to thrive, either the government needs to make financial contributions, or the Hindu society must make fair contributions. It is unrealistic to expect financially struggling individual Brahmins and small groups to make significant contributions towards the preservation and advancement of Sanatan Dharma and society, as they once did.

They preserved their livelihood, buttering ruling elite to keep their dominance, they never did any hard work like ordinary people in their history except exploitation, demonizing, degraded fellow Sanatanis, this is the reason India become fertile land for religious conversion & root cause of Dravidian movement in TN & Dr Ambedkar exit to other religion! Real Sanatanis are ordinary, general non-brahmin public who preserved our culture and heritage in India! There will be no peace in the society and all such above discussed confusions will ever Run in the minds of people unless we really understand our great Grand sages and seers of Sanatan Dharma who were the Architects
There lofty meditative mind soaring high into the realm of oness with in them self give them candid proof that the truth is within and the sources ls common to all the creation the undivided consciousness which is ever aware was their main focus of point to bring in the unity
With such clear thought was or is our Sanatan Dharma.......
I think we need to explore the real area of our understanding the true self so that the society can be in harmony and peace may prevail
Unless we explore the self which is always in bliss we cannot regain the lost glory.

Your statement reveals the deeply ingrained prejudices you have against Brahmins.
Blaming only Brahmins for social and economic problems ignores South India's complex history. Many non-Brahmin groups also held power and influence, like Vijayanagara Empire, Harihara and Bukka Raya empires.
Focusing solely on Brahmins overlooks other factors that contribute to inequality. Additionally, some Brahmins were marginalized and faced discrimination themselves.
The Dravidian movement, influenced by Marxist, Communist, and now fascist ideologies, focuses on blaming Bhramins rather than promoting true equality. Instead of dismantling hierarchies, it aims to replace one hierarchy with another, benefiting party leaders, their friends and families, and party members. It collaborates with Christian missions to convert Hindus, aiming to weaken societal unity and maintain its power.

Rules for Brahmins are very strict
They aren't supposed to en masse wealth
The first attackers recognised the gurus who can view the situations in entirety and also are core kshathra vidya teachers
      So, they attacked that group
Previously we had one or 2 gurus for a village so they weren't at one place in huge numbers
Later British attacked our core in a different angle
And finally the converted Hindus are continuing to attack the knowledge and it's protectors
A lot has been manipulated and narratives set.
Let us just go back to the original Varna vyavastha given by Sri Krishna and develop from there.
We can't expect only Brahmin born to be the Brahmin of our olden times.

Is it not true that in last couple of centuries of foreign rule, the kshatriya varna has been completely decimated? What we are left with is the remaining three varnas. The dharmic society has been hollowed out.
A rejuvenation of kshatriya varna alone can bring back that structural strength. If that happens, they will look after the wellbeing of the other three varnas.

I think, we (atleast at the intellectual discussion level) shall stop using the word 'caste' which is imposed on us by Britishers and start using Varna and Jaati that are more connected to our roots.

Brahmins do not require any special protection or materialistic privileges because they are very safe when compared to others. This is because of their own norms and samscaras . We find even now more vegetarians, more non drinkers, more highly qualified people in Brahmin families. Generally,in Brahmin families, punishments are very severe even if a small mistake is committed. Most of the Brahmins appear to be highly principled and trained in many matters. If Brahmins also allow themselves to become indisciplined, then God also may not be in a position to save this world.

But the fact is that many practising Brahmins, especially women practice othering of otger castes. Ex: My mother who used to go go Parayanams of Geetha or other Slokas in Chennai has many a time been ignored or in a seperate group during recitals and also during Prasad disbursal times.
