Watched your videos on both the Riu Palace (next door) and the Riu Santa Fe and enjoyed them both. Recently we went to the Riu Santa Fe. The view and setting is beautiful at this resort. It was lovely to be able to see Land's End from the ocean view restaurant. Although we enjoyed the specialty restaurants (especially the Italian one), we really enjoyed La Baja buffet for the variety of dishes, which changed every evening, and their changing themes. The customer service at this resort was excellent. When we went, the Riu Santa Fe had a much nicer atmosphere than what was shown in the video. We saw a good mix of both younger and older people, young families and groups of friends or families. It was not party central like in the video. Although there were areas of the resort where people were partying, there were also many areas on the resort that had a more quieter and relaxing places to spend the time. Personally, I would not ever want to go to an all-inclusive during spring break, as I prefer the quieter, more relaxed environment. For view, food, accommodations, ocean view restaurant, service, and ambience I would definitely rate it higher at an 8-9/10.
