I learned just over 20 years ago that you can only shrink fat cells so the key to not getting fat/fatter is to not get fat in the first place. Because you can easily increase the volume of then fat cells. Having less fat cells is key. I need to relearn the science of this but it translates to bulk diets being bad because now you’ll have more fat to work against. I assume our bodies create fat cells by having a surplus of calories and we store it and idk the rate to which we increase fat cell volume to actually creating more fat cells. What you should also do is workout and build muscle. You wont be perceived as skinny and you wont be unhealthy! If you cant go to a gym doing sports or at home workouts help
