Hi Winnie, it could be tricky to use. You really have to drench the hair in it and then create tension when you are blow drying for the best results. Sucks you threw it out, I think with the proper technique you would see results. Also did you by any chance use any other styling products with it? As this can diminish results and especially if you apply something on top of it.
