I had my TT in December 2021. I am pleased with it all, but I just had a question. I still have the scar and some pigmentation, and I know it's lightening up with time. If and when I do get to my 1 yr post op, if it is still a bit dark do you recommend laser? And what kind? My scars are thin an almost flat at this point, but the only noticeable thing might be the color of my scar. Also, I have bad tension skin, which is why I got the TT, i had a lot of stretch marks and loose skin. THX!!

Camouflage tattoo isn’t that successful when trying to lighten a dark scar. It can actually emphasize the scar instead of camouflaging it. It does work much better when you try to camouflage a white scar with skin tone pigment.

I’m booked for lipo360 with you in December. Your work on CZcams and on IG are impeccable however you and your entire 305 team have a very very bad reviews if not worst in Yelp and I don’t understand how is that. I really really like you work but now I have mixed feelings I’m not sure if I want to proceed or cancel my appointment. Girls are complaining about how unprofessional your office coordinators are and also how they got their appointments canceled last minute and how they don’t really get to talk or see you on pre op days and some even said you botched them.

What can you recommend for darking of the skin from post op?
IT will always start off dark-that’s normal and then over the course of 12 months it will lighten. For scars that don’t lighten one can use hydroquinone. BUT, always check with your plastic surgeon or physician before starting treatment.
