We can feel creatively blocked when something if off in our input + output relationship. It's all about energy. What are you consuming? Are you being intentional about it? Our impulses to grab the phone are the result of a void we need to fill. But we need fill it in the right way.

yes exactly, relaxing and stillness are the key, absolutely. The phone is often the most common physical obstacle to our engagement with this stillness and inner power, that's why we need to be aware of it and how we're using it
