Point is, don't listen to these men & definitely don't change in a way you don't already want to for a man. Especially one that is not your husband -- not a boyfriend, not a fiancee, a husband only. And even then, proceed with caution. We're not blow-up dolls or avatars. Looking in the mirror and liking what I see is more important -- that's where confidence comes from. If I will be happier at a lower weight, I'm losing it.

@@AT-mu6ov a) the word diagnosis was used by me and not by her; b) it's not a formal diagnosis, it's a bit of fun; c) his narcissistic personality traits are so pronounced that even without an assessment she is certain that he is one. There are just too many behaviours in such a short period, how he positions himself above others, how he attempts to assume power, the way he switched into charm when there was competition, etc
