It was up to her to know what was in that gun, yet during lunch people were playing with those guns…terrible.
I mean even if her father was a great armorer and trained her himself, wouldn't she need to pass some sort of certification or something to have this kind of position? If not then that's crazy.
She’s going down; she was severely derelict in her responsibilities as a armorer, she bought the live rounds and was getting high during the filming!! 🤷♂️
She asked for more time in training time, he refused the said training!!
@@GC2024_
You need training to learn that you don’t get high while working as a armorer or use live rounds in a prop gun on a set that strictly prohibited them?? 🤦♂️
@@GC2024_her father was her trainer. She kept bullets, live rounds, dummies and Blanks, all together …not bothering to keep track of said bullets because she was high!!! Or hungover.
@@glamisgirl309 and ANY GUN HANDLER KNOWS TO INSPECT GUN BEFORE SHOOTING MR B DID NOT DO SO!!
@_ He was a professional actor, not a professional gun handler, which is why guns that are handed to actors are never meant to be anything but benign. Also, you sound like a kindergartener with your all caps.
This girl when talked to at the scene acted as though the cops were “bothering” her! She was so uninterested in what was going on & was bothered by the police asking her simple questions. Sickening!
It could be drugs, or shock, stuff like that.
@@HiTigereye yeah agreed. People react very differently to traumatic and high pressured situations. It is not “sickening” 🙄 However, like you said, it could very well be drugs she was taking.
Her attitude was awful.
She was worried about herself and her culpability. She knew it was her fault
She is the only one who was responsible for fire arm safety. That was her job.😢
The main one, but not the only one
Nicholas Cage was outraged with her in another movie and demanded she be fired-seems like she is a nepo baby and felt like she could get away with anything. RIP Helyna.
if she was trying to cover her responsibility as armor as hired... the responsibility is on her, even if someone else slipped the live in the fire... meaning she took her eyes off the firearm ?
Yes. It was HER responsibility to ensure the safety of the gun. Thank God more people were not killed. Alex could have been a victim, too.
It was ALEC BALDWINS responsibility to also check the gun HE FIRED that killed that poor lady.
@@gmimi2 No, it's literally not. Actors don't even have any expertise in guns. They get handed a prop that has no reason no to be benign and has been tripple checked to be benign
@@jennifermarie3158 Wrong. Very wrong. Also he was a PRODUCER not just an actor.
I have read that actors are named producer so the actors can be paid a percentage of the movie profits. I read that the actor doesn’t actually produce anything.
It was her job to know those guns through and through 100 percent. And she failed at her job miserably.
He refused extra training time!! He wanted a bigger pay check
Girl has be guilty since day 1
Her responsibility that the gun she hands to the actor does not contain a live round. In fact live rounds shouldn't even be on set.
I heard in several reports that the rust set had an incident previously with live rounds on the set. So why wasn’t HG taking her job more seriously? She obviously knew the distinction between the dummy round and the real bullet
Someone help me understand..she needed more time to train in what exactly? Was the gun meant to have bullets in it because if not was she then the firearms expert to teach him how to use the gun and make it look "realistic".... what about the bullet, where does that come into play.
Shes an asshole who kept blanks and real bullets in her fanny pack. She had no training and didnt care about safety
Hannah is guilty of being a disorganized scatterbrain but that was easy to spot the first time I heard her speak. So, who hired a scatterbrain to be in charge of weapons? In the end though it was only Alec Baldwin, grown adult, producer and long-time actor who made the decision to ignore film protocols for gun handling in addition to deciding to ignore every universal rule of gun handling. Only Alec aimed then fired an unchecked gun at Halyna Hutchins, at close range, during a rehearsal.
Alec & Set will probably win just based on having more $$$$ to get everything to add to her negligence. Its just a very tragic, senseless killing.
Why were they using live ammo for a movie? Don't get that.
From what I heard they were target shooting that morning. Then they were turned in. Now they were saying they were shooting at lunch time too.
Interesting macaw hair color, skull ☠️ American flag T 👕, heavy cussing during interview and extreme calmness after tragedy...🤔
Extremely unattractive person in all the ways possible.
What has her appearance and swearing got to do with anything here? The calmness you mentioned.. people react differently to traumatic events.
Si her defense is that he was trained enough? Still doesn’t explain why there’s a LIVE ROUND in the gun that SHE loaded and was responsible for . Sounds like she was the one that didn’t have sufficient training
drug test Hannah
she looked and acted stoned “baked” and people had to know- I would have quit too if I saw her being put in charge of the firearms. Alec is the main person in charge and it disgust me that he literally did everything wrong from hiring a nepo baby that gets high and acts like a teenager instead of a 24 yr old woman, to not checking if the gun was loaded, which when blocking a scene isn’t necessary and even “dummy rounds” or “blanks” are dangerous and guns should never be pointed at people. He knows better or he definitely has the responsibility to know. ALL of the people on the set should know to take any kind of gun seriously.
Wow this is crazy first time hearing about it
am i high? 18 months in jail and 5.000 fine for manslaughter??? dude, just take the penalty for the crime yall!
Everyone complains about her attitude, it’s very possible that she was in shock and feeling depressed. When things feel unreal you might seem detached.
The producers are clearly the most culpable and Mr Baldwin was a producer. HOW did a live bullet make its way onto the set?!? That’s the million dollar question!
@Marsi not just ‘how’, but ‘Why’? Who was that bullet meant for?🤔
@@user-se1ev7my6f They were shooting guns for fun bc they are ammosexual. There is not conspiracy theory here. Just a bunch of incompetent, careless people
So she was asking production if she could spend more time training AB and also complaining that she had more than one job and only receiving pay for one.
I'm sure she asked to move into props to further her career.
Just looking at her she does not appear mature in any way but has the most important job on the set…who hired this person?
Her farther is to blame for the nepotism, the person who hired her is to blame for not realizing she was too immature, the corporate streaming services are to blame for cutting cost for massive profits, Baldwin is to blame for pulling the trigger while pointing the gun at someone and Hannah is to blame for not taking her job seriously enough (can't complain about being overworked if you are partying/shooting guns at night).
Hi...what are they charging Alex with?
She's the only one responsible and should be charged for her negligence. When you order your movie set armorer off Temu😂😂😂
I think she is far from the only one responsible. Anyone who knew there were live rounds on set is also responsible
@@jennifermarie3158 The word Armorer says it all. She's the expert, not actors.
Does Kelly Krapf have asthma? She always seems so breathless and breathes very loudly between every few words.
❤
her whole demeanor shows lack of empathy
🎉🎉🎉🎉
ms hannah looks very culpable in court today...
Stay tuned for more.
What
She looks like a total stoner teenager
Her dad was an armorer but she was really just raised around him
So felt she could do the job
Plus way cheaper
She's finding out now that attention to detail is critical when responsible for a job such as that. Last thing I'd be doing if I was an armorer is getting high, and not paying full attention.
So weird, she looks exactly like Kail Lowery in that thumbnail.
The question is, why real guns with bullets as movie props? Why not fake ones? It doesn't make sense that production contracted an armorer. Why did they contract an armorer? It feels like a setup. She has no motive.
Directors want reality, even if it is unsafe.
Nepo baby
The reporter on site sounds like she's AI
Prop guns should not be real. That would take care of this happening again.
I think there is something big that we are not aware of. I'm not convinced that this was just an accident.
like what though?
So when the movie is coming out? 😂
As of January 2nd 2024 the producers have not announced a release date for the film. The Western film moved from New Mexico to the Yellowstone Film Ranch in Montana.
Can you believe they finished it? I remember when this happened with Brandon Lee during The Crow & had mixed feelings about its release, too. But at least it was a good movie. Rust is trash.
@@HiTigereye I had no idea 🤣 I was making a joke thinking they scrapped it completely 🤣
@@devilsfavorite999LMAO same
Alec Baldwin is a B actor, been a long time when he was good, he probably needed more training but he's a narrsissist, but she needed more training too, someone wanted that lady gone, maybe it's a murder?
Shes guilty alec is innocent
why do people in legal hot water gain weight?
Jennifer Crumbley and Gareth Pursehouse to name a couple!
Although Alex Murdaugh and the Delphi suspect Richard Allen both got skinny in jail.
Hannah Payne
For those who don’t get bail, it’ll be due to that high sodium prison diet.
This is why diversity hiring is a bad idea.
If you mean don't hire women to handle guns I'd have to disagree. Just remember it was a man who declared the gun safe and a man who pulled the trigger.
Shes a Nepo baby with no training. Zero regulations on set. Complete opposite situation actually
@@annwood6812shes an incompetent and dishonest asshole, but it has nothing to do with diversity hiring. She just sucks and should never have been hired
She’s been training for years
@jlmann8109 training what? She was more focused on posting racy photos on her IG
She doesn't look like the type of person who would be knowledgeable about firearms
What do those people look like ?
Very bizarre comment. But from an open genocide supporter I’d expect nothing less than stupidity.
lol what kind of statement is that? How is that relevant? What do those people look like then?
Wow 😮
Good. I hope they graduated high school.
In court she suddenly has one colour hair and is dressed in a smart suit and she is trying to look like an office worker.
Her lawyer told her to set up straight once. As her lawyer she also needs to advice her to drop her attitude, and eye rolling. Jurors notice those things in court. She's responsible i.m.o, but she's not helping her case.
1:22 ummm ...who? ...
"actor actor Baldwin.. "
Oops... this correspondent is a flustered mess during this entire clip...
I think director s husband knew? I mean he forgave Alex too quickly i mean why didnt he show emotional for his wife s death? maybe he hired her to give alex to kill director?
Yikes. Projecting much
It was a accident.
@pat
Totally preventable and avoidable one.
And? People go to jail all the time for "accidents" that's a dum thing to say.
It was a PREVENTABLE accident.
I'm just glad she's actually washed her hair for trial.
I believe she DID IT DELIBERATELY
I really do. She's an attention seeker, its written all over her.
Gutierrez didn't point the gun at the victim; Neither did Gutierrez pull the trigger.
She was in charge of props, wasn't she?
@@OhHamburgers0258 yes
She was the armorer, her job to make sure they were safe.
@OhHamburgerrrs Anyone with firearms training knows never to point a gun at anyone unless you intend to kill them. Pulling the trigger insures that they will be dead.
Baldwin is entirely at fault, as is Gutierrez. These are 2 separate crimes.
It's clear the OP is just an idiot. 😂
Why do they even need an ''armorer'' I mean how hard is it to load a gun?
To assure the weapons are appropriately loaded and handled. Though alec pulling the trigger he is responsible to know what he is firing
i@@catH727 IF Alec is responsible, why hire an armorer?
@11b111y Because actors are not responsible for gun safety. Acting requires you to be deeply involved in the mindset of a character, not worrying about props. If actors were the ones responsible for gun saftey, then no actor in their right mind would ever shoot a scene involving a gun. Not worth the risk.
@@jennifermarie3158 I agree. It was a hypothetical question. There is alot of possible reasonable doubt here. Ultimately: the armorer was responsible for the safety of the guns on the set. period. BUT, what about someone from the crew that quit? what about the MAN who handed Alec the gun? what about someone who might be angry at Hannah tampering with the gun prop cart? I would like to see the MAN who handed the gun to Alec testify.
Put him in jail!!!!
It’s a girl not a him.
Looks like she's the kind to lie on her resume or maybe was nepo-babied into the position, but wow... this person was an armorer? Yikes. Yes, looks can be deceiving, but it sounds like the cover does define the book in this case.
her father was a top armourer and I believe she got the job a) because of him, and b) she was starting her career so accepted low wages. She only did one movie prior to this, and she discharged a gun, beside Nicolas Cage who went berserk, His ears were affected for a while and he said 'if it was not the end of the movie - he would fire her'. She discharged the gun, to see if there was anything left inside it, rather than open the gun and remove any ammo left in there. Now I hear that she gave someone her 'cocaine' to hold for her, when she was being taken, down to the police station for questioning. It just gets better and better. (rumour ; the guns were being used as target practice during the breaks). unsure if that is actually true.
“Looks”
