Ingredients
All purpose flour 1 Cup
Wheat flour 1/4 Cup
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Onions (finely chopped) 2 Numbers
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 Teaspoons
Turmeric Pinch
Green chilli 3 Numbers
Mint 1/2 Bunch
Coriander 1/2 Bunch
Chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Potato (boiled) 250 Grams
lemon juice 1 Tablespoons
Directions:
1.Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, wheat flour, salt, oil make into a dough by using buttermilk and keep it aside.
2. For the stuffing heat oil in a pan add finely chopped onions, saute it for a minute then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chopped green chilli, chopped mint and coriander, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, boiled potato pieces, lemon juice mix it well, let it cool down.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it like a puri. Cut the puri into 2 halfs and stuff the potato mixture in each half and seal them by applying water.
4. Deep fry them in a hot oil till they get a nice color. Serve hot .

This recipe seems simple, I will try it, I like your strainer, helps reduce oil mess. Where can I get one??
For the dough, add 1 C flour and 1 Tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 Tbsp lime juice and water to make a medium stiff dough. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
Stuffing: 1 1/2 Tbsp oil, 1/2 chopped red onion, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste, sauté a minute or so and add 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 chopped green chili, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp red chili powder (paprika), 2 Tbsp chopped mint leaves, 2 Tbsp chopped coriander (cilantro) and sauté until soft. Add 300 grams Lamb mince and brown DO NOT ADD WATER!
Dough: Roll dough out into a nice triangle and use extra flour for this. Approximately 8 X 12 inch size. Add 2 Tbsp soft butter and spread completely over the top of dough. Now sprinkle extra flour on the top and fold each side onto the other. Set in refrigerator to chill for 20 minute, and take out and repeat the process of butter & sprinkled flour again. Now roll the dough out to 16 X 8 and cut into 8 squares. Be sure to rest the dough each time you roll it out so that it doesn't pull back. Now wet the corners of the square with water and add the filling to each square. Close them up and fry at HIGH heat until they become flakey and golden brown.
