    Very authentic recipe of hyderabadi luqmi, i would actually add up one tablespoon of thick curd in the kheema and a pinch of kawab chini powder. Thanks

    sister can we use store bought pastry dough?. which we use usually for egg puffs.

      Yes sis you can use it
      Fry for 3 minutes on each side in a medium hot oil OR fry til you get the desired golden- brown color

    Can we make the lukhmi and keep it fridge and then can we fry it next day?

      Yes ofcourse. But wrap them nicely with a cling film or freezer bag or simply in airtight container

    Baji louqmi fry kar ne baad crispy hai but thode der ki baad Soft hijari

      Garam lukhmi ko aap cover karke rakhne par steam se soft hojaayegi.
      Allow it to cool on a rack where air flow is possible from all the sides.
      Also it's important to keep the luqmi dough a bit tight ( shouldn't be very soft) , always fry the luqmis on low to medium hot oil to maintain it's crispness for longer period of time.
