- Surefire G2x series provide a variety of feature options and makes a great pocket flastlight. Constructed of a super durable polymer body. The Tactical series is a consistent 600 lumens. The Pro series starts as 13 lumens and with a second click jumps up to 600 lumens. The Law Enforcement version starts at 600 lumens and second clicks take it down to 13 lumens. Bunch of different options to fit different needs.

They work great with 16650 batteries! The tactical just with a C and no serial number seems to be the previus 320 lumen version.
Didn’t realize 16650 were an option I’m going to have to look into these. I’d assume higher out put and potentially lower run time?
@@itsmillartime6916 No output is the same. Runtime is good also. I dont know if its shorter or longer than 2 CR123 but its cheaper 😁 The g2x could easily be made to take 18650 but I gues SF want us to use their CR123 and many still dont know that there are 16650ies and SF dont tell you. But use protected Keeppower has good 16650ies.
@@Gieszkanne I’m going to have to give this a try. Any recommended batteries? I also need to reach out to SF after they “fixed” my Pro it’s never worked right. Light never goes to high anymore.
@@itsmillartime6916 They changed the reflector. The bezel and lens is one part and glued in the head. To be able to screw it out you will have to heat up the head. I have done this because I have changed the led on mine. The only thing that I could imagine that they heated the head up to much and destroyed something at the driver. But its just a guess. Yes the Keeppower 16650ies are good.

How do you like it compared to the 6px?
Haven’t tried that one but been on roll trying light lately. I’ll take a look at the 6px and see if I’m able to get one for comparison.
