I am so happy I found you, I have the same type 2 hair and it does range from 2A to C, right now I think I have a lot of build up, and my scalp is always oily, and seems like its weighing my waves down. I haven't started new products yet or have a routine but Ive' watched some of your other recent videos and I am going to try the products you recommend ! I was just wondering if you have any products to get rid of build up, or nay treatments for build up? I am goin to try the kristen kress shamppo and conditioner you use.
Love this for when I have time on weekends but I need a shorter routine for weekdays.
Absolutely! On my more rushed wash days, I just divide my hair in 2 big sections instead of 4, and carry on with my life lol

This is such a helpful video! I always go back and forth over what to do with my hair after the shower 😐 Like idk whether to completely rake through it to get each strand coated with leave-in/styler. OR try to keep those clumps and scrunch products in. I got the type of hair that tangles easily, with any sort of manipulation so it gets frustrating.

Hi babes!!! Check out my previous video (Q&A), I show exactly how it is that I sleep on my hair 😊 Also, adding a bit of oil around your ends right before going to sleep can help your hair stay moisturized for longer, which will decrease frizz😊

Does the boar bristle give you more definition than the denman brush did? Is there a reason you switched?
Yes!!! And also more volume, since the boar bristles create more tension while brushing, it helps my clumps curl up even easier.

What have you done to grow your hair so much in a year!! We need the tea ! Lol and I need to start to fix my curls I lost so much definition from dying my hair way to much so I am working on getting it back my hair is almost to my shoulders but I been trying to grow it for the longest!
Girl thank you!! What has made my hair grow the most is the lack of excessive heat styling, and washing it only 1-2 times a week. I used to wash it like 3-4 times a week before starting my natural hair journey. I KNOW how frustrating it is to keep waiting for it to grow, but if your hair is recovering from all the dying or bleaching, it’s gonna take a lot of patience and love. Have you tried protein treatments on your hair?
@@NemesisMarie every time I put protein in my hair it makes it feel worse for some reason yeah it’s very very hard to transition I’m trying to figure out my products and what to do to make my short hair work my curl pattern has changed to as I’ve gotten older . It seems less curly maybe that’s also lack of knowing what to do. Lmao but your videos I couldn’t stop watching them last night!

Hi babes, unfortunately, yes. Or at the very least, just rinse out the chlorine our of your hair because it is incredibly drying.

In most cases, you get a bit less volume and definition. I also do it because air drying takes me HOURS lol, and I hate having my hair wet for that lonh

Hi luv! No no no! Curly/wavy hair shouldn’t be brushed every day, especially when it’s dry.
It makes it puff up, and it causes breakage. If you notice it’s tangling up more than usual, it might be because she’s sleeping with her hair down, so teach her how to put it up in a high ponytail so when she takes it down in the morning, it’s a lot more under control.
