This is super super helpful. Damn, I was upgrading my team based off the last event, and completely in the wrong direction :/ Hoping to unlock my first legendary, but guessing it wont be for another event or two.
Seeing the orks are somewhat higher ranked than most makes me happy, since I was investing many resources into them.

Does the aura "bonus to hit" affect existing Tau drones? Also... *really* love the "who do I focus on" section. Having it for guild raids with the dirty dozen and then this is very helpful. Thanks, Nandi!
Sho'syl with 3 drones out all get a chance to double hit could be what defines Shadowsun compared to someone like Abaddon.

Nice! I havent spent any money on extra points for legendary events. So I still havent unlocked a single hero this way. But I have plenty of strong characters for this requirements.
I just wish I wasnt so starved for EXP. Want to increase Angraxs passive, but I have left him at lvl36 to focus on arena / raid heroes

Lore video topic
It's supposed to be a ridge along their face, most female Tau have it on their models. Though most artworks are never consistent on it. Even stranger is that Tacticus gives shadowsun nostrils from the looks of it
My guess is it’s more of a design/artistic thing making her look a bit more “human” than most tau we’ve seen. It’s like that trope where the females of a species have more human looking features in order to appeal more.
But again, that’s just my guess.

I'd like to try Shadowsun, Darkstrider and Eldryon with Maugen and Roswitha vs Mortarion, seeing as number of hits reduce damage. Maybe hard hitter buffs are worth it.
Pretty new to this game and this will be my first full legendary event. I see how much you have to clear (full clear 8 levels), but what about if you can't clear nearly that much? I am only able to clear about 4 levels and will probably end with 60 / 150 points this time. Does the next cycle of this event pick up where you left off, or start fresh? If it starts off next time with levels 1-4 cleared for me, there will be no way I can unlock this character (and no reason to do the event). But if it starts over and I can grind out 50 points each time, I can unlock her by the 3rd cycle.
Have you done one of these for the current ogryn quest?

One thing I’m confused on here, you say in the top 5 explanation that angrax is the top scoring character in the game but volk has a higher number by about 100; is there some other multiplier you’re applying or you just mean this by dint of his godmode passive?

Nandi, I feel like I'm just floating around and am not sure where best to spend my time. Shards seem super slow to get. But farming materials also seems very slow. Should I be focusing a single squad? Because then it feels like I don't have the units to pass campaigns or events. I humbly ask advice.
I would focus on farming your key raid characters - gear is probably more important than shards!

It's cool to see melta damage, but it feels like one of the Sisters of Battle units should have it, too. They've already got bolter and flame damage, right?

I have a question for the game,how do i change my squad?
I unlocked the first necron,but in the pre-game,where you cam remove and add champions to the battle,he isn't in that bar,what do i do?
I guess you already found out, but if you play campaigns, there are restrictions to characters factions. For example, in Indomitus campaign, you can take only Imperial characters, meaning that Necrons aren't available

I only started playing this game about two weeks ago, how likely am I to be able to get Shadowsun?
Well, you still have some time to prepare for her last (i believe?) event, but i wouldn't get hopes high. She is quite bad rn, to be honest.
But if you really want to get her for yourself, i would recommend looking what characters you need for her event and trying to focus on getting at least two characters for every team to gold 1 (the more characters - the better tho), and others to silver 2. That will usually get you to finish 7 chalanges out of 12 and maybe more if you skilled/lucky enough. Also, to perform better, you can try to upgrade epic equipment for those characters (don't bother upgrading anything lower than rare and NEVER promote your equipment from one legendarity to another). Also there always is a bundle in the shop during the event, that can help you get points that you lack.
With all that you have some nice chances.

Thanks for the video, I'm just disappointed in the event as this is my second month playing this game, & I have no chance of even earning character tokens, or making any real progress in this event.
Tau is my favorite hope he will be in pass after azarel
Always god se info of events to focus on characters. Even if a stil neglekt xeno characters. And like always end of event cant fulfil any restrictions higher lvls a just take best characters and progres sow far a can. Sow far a have mix of characters that alow me unlok legendary characters first run sins 3 legendary event was implamented.
They just need to put Commander Farsight in, and i'll be a happy man

I think we’ll have a nerf for Eldryon within the next six months. He’s controlling too much of the GR meta. It’s becoming stale and boring.
Eldryon's Doom is obviously a debuff. Can't understand how Snowprint hasn't fixed it

It looks nice and the skills are very interesting and with great potential, however it's a cynergy hero which it's a bad thing for me, because I don't have the Tau... Just one unlocked so far... 🥲 and they are very interesting and cool looking heroes.

There is already so many useless female characters in the game, so I dont need one more like this.
I will save all my Teaching Engrams, meaning, I wont be opening a singe Darksun Character chests, I just wait this event to end and turn all those Engrams in to *BLACKSTONES.* They are at least worth of upgrading my existing characters items and skills.
