Another brilliant video, I always am in awe of how much you get done, I don't count stitches and like you I stitch whatever I feel like, I am snuggled with my blanket in my stitching chair as we speak, I don't like to be cold. Have a fab2week, take care.
The wips you worked on this week look so great, Laura, and you've gotten so much accomplished this past week. I love the sound of your plans for next year, and finishing 55 things sounds amazing. I'm so looking forward to seeing your flossmas videos and especially looking forward to seeing your drawer of finishes. I hope it doesn't get too cold this coming week.
Happy Saturday, have a lovely weekend.. Always a joy to watch x
Hi Laura! Your videos are always such a treat. Sending you cold greetings from Sweden 🇸🇪.
Beautiful stitching! Love the new patterns - can’t wait to see your progress. Cold
You have great plans for next year Laura! 55 finishes is monumental. I’ll be cheering you on from the sidelines as I do my starts.
A fun filled video! Beautiful stitches and your 55 fully finished projects sound like a great deal. I do know your finished drawer has some treasures in it. Be Well
I just loved this video and you 55 FFO’s for next year is a great idea!!! I can’t wait to watch the journey!! Happy stitching!
I'm am warm hearted biy, I don't like the cold, always good to see you Laura.
Laura, thank you so much for the kind words. I love mailing my ornaments to my stitchy friends. I am so pleased you are making ornaments for the family. You articulated well how I feel about words in stitches so I often take out the words completely. I get to show my trading cards in tomorrow’s flosstube…I am so excited! Yes I am doing Jingle Ball..mostly on Saturday and Sunday. 4FSAL…4 Fs are fifty five fully finishes and yes I will join you,
Thank you for another great video! It is so cold in Madison, Wisconsin that our forecast is for ten degrees tonight. That means the two inches of snow we got yesterday will not melt. Definitely a good time to stay inside and stitch! I just joined WIP Warriors!
Love seeing your progress. Yes, cold weather will be here soon.
Love hearing about all your stitching and plans. It's getting cold around here, but not enough to make a snowman - yet!
Awww how sweet is that little squirrel on your jadin Prive piece. Love the Christmas Gnome, he certainly won't feel the cold with that beard lol.
You really get a lot accomplished in one week's time! All beautiful. I guess it's time to acknowledge that the cold weather is here, as much as I don't look forward to winter. Snowy stitching is fine though. Have a great week.
Great to see you again.
I’m not looking forward to the cold this winter season but less excited about the snow that will surely come.
Another great video. I don’t like the cold but love the snow.
In winter I like it to be cold!! Great stitching and buying!
You know I love catching up with you and your projects. You have so many pretty new charts. Those Christmas full coverage are beautiful. We have been cold and clear here in Washington this last week. Have a great week.
Thanks for the visit. Cold
Great plans for next year! We really don’t get too cold here in Southern Louisiana but we have been enjoying our temperatures in the 50’s this week.
Hi Laura!! Another great video! Thanks so much for supporting my designs and for the wonderful shoutout! I so appreciate your kind words! I am looking forward to the ATC swap for winter! I stitched three things for fall, bought all the supplies, , and with one thing and another, just didn’t get to finishing them…. So, winter it is!! And I’ll try to scrapbook the fall minis! ❤😊happy stitching, my friend!! And PS. yes, the spring design is coming 😉 Lisa
Glad to see you-wasn’t sure you were going to make a video this week. Even with company, you made good progress. I am in upstate NY and it is cold, but I’m returning to NC tomorrow and enjoy some warmer weather. Happy Stitching!
Hi Laura it is sure cold in Colorado, good luck on you 55 finishes for 2024
Glad you had a good Thanksgiving with your family and visitors. I love to see all your projects each week. It has gotten really cold here this week, after a very lovely and mild fall. No snow yet though, but hopefully some by Christmas. Your 55 finishes sounds great, but very time consuming!
Hello 👋, happy to hear you had a wonderful holiday. I have joined WIP Warriors and really looking forward to scattergories, you make it sounds so fun. I will be going to Jingle Ball and look forward to seeing you there. Have a good weekend.
We have cold weather right now. I love to see your projects!
Another wonderful video, my friend. I am waiting impatiently for the new Autumn Quaker as well. Waiting in the cold is hard.
Great video, thank Laura! I am looking forward to your Flossmas videos, they all sound like good ones!! Cold
You always make me giggle 🍄🍄🍄. Cold.
Hi 😊 it’s starting to get COLD here now. Happy stitching 🪡😊
I’m happy that I found your channel today. You gave me ideas for my 2024 stitchy plans. I’m looking forward to your scrapbook flip thru. It’s cold here in Orlando, FL at 53 degrees - LOL
Hi Laura, I will be attending the Jingle Ball too, this is my first year. It will be nice to see you there. It is not the cold here in Texas as it is there. Love your WIPs!
I like your plans. I only have four or five things to ffo, I might jump in with that. I am looking forward to seeing you stitch the dragon. It looks awesome.
I’m a summer baby and I think that’s one reason I hate the cold! Lol
Hey Laura, love the little owls by bent Creek, I'm definitely doing your next ATC swap I am loving seeing them pop up on the f/b page, such a sweet little gesture, but they mean so much. You sound like you are back to full par after your cold.
I’m planning ornaments along with my regular stitching next year. 24 in 24 I’m going to do 12 for Halloween and 12 for Christmas. It’s not cold AT ALL here !
Loving the dragon phase! That’s probably something I should find & start as well. Tonight I was working on mini Witch Way while catching up
I'm glad you had time to visit with lots of family during your Thanksgiving holiday. I chuckled a couple times during your video: 1. when you said vacuuming instead of ironing - happens to all of us, some more often than others, and 2. when you were talking about Autumn Quaker by JP. I also had the same thought :) about that mushroom, and will ponder my options as well. Somewhere in the DMC website, they provide the breakdown of the Variations colours, so you could look at the colours in your monthly designs, and see which Variation would have some of those colours in it, for doing the words. If you don't have, or can't find, the breakdown of colours, let me know. I have saved it in my computer. Enjoy the rest of your week.
Hope you are well. It is cold this weekend. Time to stitch.
Your Summer Quaker us gorgeous!
I am intrigued by your plans for 2024...I can not imagine starting my age (71) or finishing that many in a year. Bravo to you! I love the dragon chart and ran immediately to get one for myeslf - it will definitely be a huge challenge for me! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours...we are having a family dinner tomorrow and then starts the holiday season. Fortunately, we are almost done with shopping and then only need to ship to Utah and sit back to enjoy whatever some our way after that.
It's a murky, foggy and cold December afternoon as I'm watching your post-Thanksgiving video. It's been an interesting December weather wise so far. Love seeing what you are working on and hearing your plans for the upcoming year. You are ambitious but I think you really have the right idea of fully finishing your drawer dwelling pieces. Thing I should take the hint and join you in this venture. I'm looking forward to your winter ATC swap with hopes that life will have settled down a bit at the beginning of the new year.
Glad you had a good Thanksgiving!
We went south, and while we were gone we got our first snow! 3.5 " worth. It was Sssssooooooo cold when we came back. 6 degrees yesterday morning. Winter hit with both barrels. Temperate for the next week, thank God. I hate to be cold...stitching upstairs where it's warm.
Your projects are great, you are very talented. It's cold here in St. Louis, Mo.
Thank you for another wonderful video! I'm with you on the varigated floss. Subtle varigation works but when folks feel they need to cut out parts of the floss to match their area of work is too much for my head to process. I'd rather take and blend solid colors. I love your Summer Quaker. Mine is kitted and ready to go, but I have been working on other things to finish first. Thank you for sharing all you do. You are inspirational!
Hi Laura
I prefer cold weather over Hot Weather because I can breathe easier in cold weather than I can in Hot Weather.
Love all of your WIPS Laura - they are so pretty.
Love your Finishes - they are so cute and so adorable
My area is going to get Snow on Sunday through Wednesday.
I have read the first two or three books in the Throne Of Glass Series by Sarah J. Maas.
I have Fourth Wing and Iron Flame on my Kindle to read.
Take Care & Happy Stitching
❤️🤗🧵🪡🧵☕️🔰❤️
Love the summer Quaker, but oh my that's a lots of stitches, I'm definitely not up that standard yet. Thankfully our winter is not as cold as it used to be, but I do think you need frost to keep the bugs away.
Great video! Cold here in Omaha with snow today. 🪡🧵☮️🎄
Great video, I have had Covid and it is cold here in Minnesota. Have a great week
😃 Nice plans
today it is "cold" in Lewes, only 22 degrees. enjoy your day!
Hi Laura! Another great video! It is cold here in Virginia right now too! Looking forward to your December Flossmas videos and I think your goal for fully finishes next year is a great idea! You could also add in what you hope to finish next year to get to the 55.. not to commit just what your hopes are. :) Love your videos!
Would love to stitch the cold ❄️😊
I’m planning to attend Jingle Ball! We’ll have to coordinate a stitch table!
Hope to see you at the Jingle Ball. It's my first one too. I'm taking the Sunday biscornu class. My first linen project.
I have always loved dragons but since Fourth Wing and Iron Flame then I want to stitch more as well.
Laura I always enjoy your videos, I love the full coverage stitches you are working in. I am working on my first, in fact having a hard time putting it down to take care of the Christmas stuff I need to finish up! I has been a bit cold in the PNW but not too bad. I am doing the Jingle ball for part of the weekend, but headed to Florida on Sunday so I may not get to much then. Plus with the 3 hour difference I may not make the night stuff much either. Still I am sure it will be work the ticket price!
Hi Laura! I laughed a bit as you were talking about variegated flosses because I was stitching with one while I was watching your flosstube😊. I was once again wondering why I bothered with them. They're pretty for sure, but I prefer my DMC where I can start with a loop method and don't have to stitch individual Xes. I know you can stitch any way you want with the overdyeds, but I keep hoping by sticking with the suggested way of stitching with overdyeds I'll get the best results. I'm seeing little variegation with the floss I'm currently using and I was telling myself I just should have gone with the DMC when you started your talk about using variegated floss for your November flower piece (which is lovely, by the way...the colors are sooo nice!). Glad you got your trees up! Did a lot of my shopping already, as well as outdoor decorations, and got the kids' ornaments all finished, and it's not even December yet! 😂. I'm never this far ahead this early! 🤣. Maybe we'll actually get the tree up before Christmas Eve this year! 😂. Have a great week!
It hasn't been cold in Georgia yet, some days we are still wearing shorts! I received my trading cards and it was soooo much fun to open! Thank you for hosting this!❤
Your WIPS are beautiful! Cold in New Jersey, but the sun is shining. It's a beautiful day!
It’s cold here in Ontario-4 this morning
❤❤❤
I’m halfway through Iron Flame and I’m obsessed with it even more than with Fourth Wing 😂 I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one! Excited to see your dragons!
Thank you for another great video! I watch you every weekend and really enjoy it. 😊 I was wondering if you use Goodreads to track your reading? I would love to follow you there too. I am also a big fan of Fourth Wing and Iron Flame and am now looking for dragons to stitch 😀
Oh I love the dragons, what was the sight you found with the stain glass dragons? I have stitched 2 small to med ones this year, but I'll have to do another in a few months. They were a sleepy dragon on a tea pot.Called tea time. I won't even consider my age for stitching this next year. Seems like all you floss tubers are so young. Cold
🌻🌻🌻
Baby it’s cold outside in the uk x lol
Baby it's cold outside.
Hi, just found your channel and so happy I did. Loved seeing what you worked on this work, beautiful. Fairly new to cross stitch and was wondering when you stitch on 18 count are you using 2 threads?
Thanks for stopping by! Yes, I like to use two threads on the 18 count.
Thank you! ☺@@stitchingbytheshore
