When I lived in Mississippi, the local grocery store sold pork brains in milk gravy. I never tried them, but I had friends who ate them regularly. It's typical to cook them along with scrambled eggs.
Yep, in Mississippi, we still got 'em. I've never eaten any myself, but I know plenty of people who do.
