Great idea. I also lace my steering wheel with poison, that once absorbed thru the skin, can delete a thief within 2 minutes. Ive been to the ER once, because I forgot about it and was in hurry. But that’s the price you pay to drive a Mopar.

Its another security layer. The more layers the better. However a Sawzall will slice through that steering wheel like Swiss cheese. Voila, the cable becomes a non issue. Then they should have 6 more layers to deal with. 🤯

Use valet mode to reduce the power output on the Hellcats. It makes it super slow so the thieves can’t run. I use a pedal lock and a steering wheel lock at the same damn time.😂😂😂
That won’t stop them. There was a video of a thief in Michigan who didn’t start it just popped it in neutral and coasted for a few blocks. The theft was caught on ring doorbell cameras.

That's stupid to say, kill switches don't cost $1K, or you could easily pull fuses, disconnect, and lock the battery terminals out.
These folks never cease to amaze me you can spend over $1000 on getting a car wrapped You can spend over $1000 to get a new exhaust. You can spend thousands of dollars to put in an aftermarket super charger but you can’t spend over $1000 to protect your vehicle by gaining car security and a peace of mind knowing that your car won’t be stolen and it will still be there when you get back

I went all out on a compustar. Vibration tilt window break killswitch notification. And ill probably still get this. Everything helps really. I kept putting off getting security until my challenger got broken into. Luckily my car didnt get stolen but i didnt mess around with getting an aftermarket after that.

My hellcat has 3 gps included carlock, samsung tag, kill switch, and you need a password for the car to move. They need a tow truck to steal that.
I have Compustar only paid 325 for the entire kit off of eBay and my boy installed it for $200 professionally I have no regrets on buying that system. If someone touches my car I get a notification not only on the key fob, but also on my phone granite, nothing is full proof. If someone wants it, they will tow it away but at the end of the day I have a peace of mind knowing that I’m connected to my car when I’m not around it. Honestly not having one it’s kind of idiotic but hey to each is own.

Look up a tool called a Bandsaw, it’ll cut that cable in a few seconds, but, it’ll definitely slow you down

Maybe don't use this, or any other anti-theft device for that matter. Leave the car running, door open with the key in it! Better yet, park your running car on a running flatbed that has the keys in it and its door open!! At least then your car is gone, can confidently say "WTF?! nothing works"
