    I'm a sidewinder guy with TD max effort tunes in Ontario, trails are similar. Ya don't need that kinda jam but those 900 ace turbo with a "proper tune" take that Jerky throttle outta play and there a ball to drive with the r motion suspension. Takes a few rides but once your on the ball its something to ride and nothing against the 800,850 world but you've got years of fun in that motor unlimited clicks . Just my two cents guys. Hope next year gets better and better 🙏

    Did you ever get the name of the $40 bluetooth helmet communicator that was being used by the guy you met? For 40 bucks, I'm in!!

      Yes. Lexin Lx-B4FM's. Good Luck.

    Hey Paisteboy. Great content all year. For an inexpensive set of radios check out Lexin Lx-B4FM's. Bluetooth communicators. My son and I used them all winter. Work great. Last all day. Can leave them on live intercom so there's no button to have to push. Reasonable range.

      I just bought the same ones for me and my son for next winter . Did you ever loose communication and at what range.

    • @northwash
      @northwash Před 3 lety +1

      @@speeder757 I would say a km or 2 of range which I never had a problem with because I am always within sight of my son. It's just a great way to give him advice on speed, braking into corners, etc.

    Great video as usual. The Ace 600 is a comfort machine, very little in the way of performance. Try some Yamaha 4 strokes if you get the chance. Excellent in the way of performance, reliability. I'd like to try out a Doo 1200 or 900 turbo myself. Going to upgrade this year, your videos are helpful in giving me some insight.

      Thanks Eric. I've never ridden the 600 Ace. It sounds slow though. The 900 Ace is ok in my opinion but the 1200 has a ton of power! Good luck with your sled selection.

      I've always wanted to line up my '12 Phazer against the Ace 900NA. After riding that for 7 years I cant wait to get on a better riding chassis. Not sure what I'll be riding this next year, but everyone keeps telling me R motion is where its at for comfort.

    • @Paisteboy
      @Paisteboy  Před 3 lety +1

      Yes. R motion is the best in my opinion. 600 e-tec is very reliable but the 800 or 850 are a bit peppier and faster. Good luck on your search.
