Flight Sim Passion - Hry
Hey. Some tips about operations in Finland/Helsinki:
In Helsinki, deicing on stands is not allowed. It happens in designated deice pads next to runways.
Squawk 1000 is not in use in Finland.
Flaps 3 and flex +50 can not happen at all. It is important to recognize incorrect calculations and revert to manual TO data calculation from QRH in these cases.
In Finland, temperature will always be corrected by ATC, not the pilot.
Idle reverse is never used if never used if any icing/contamination is present - this is dangerous, full reverse is always used in Finland.

Very nice! I flew on this route to Ivalo less than a month ago irl and for someone who comes from the tropics my word was it cold in Ivalo. We did our deicing at the pads in Helsinki before departure but that might just be a GSX limitation.

At Helsinki there is actually a seperate area where planes go for de-icing so that the fluid doesnt go into the ground.

Why don't you just make a short video about them? Then everyone would know your settings. I think that would be better.
Since I'm constantly tweaking them, they never are the exact same ones between my videos. I could make a settings update every now and then though, that's true! Thanks for the suggestion.
